5 minutes walk from Elgin town centre. I had the room with separate, but private, bathroom. Bathroom was across the landing, and had a bath, if that is important to you, and a good electric shower above the bath. The room and bed were very comfortable. Blair & Ross were excellent hosts. Breakfast was very good (tottie scones, but no haggis!).

We had a lovely stay in Ross and Blair's beautiful guesthouse! Both hosts were very welcoming and kind. The location was convenient, close to the town centre and the train station. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast every morning was great with plenty of options to choose from. Definitely recommended!

Within a walking distance from the centre. A private car park son problem with parking. Elgin is a perfect central location to explore the area

The entire guesthouse was spotless, my bed was very comfortable, breakfast was delicious and the hosts, Blair and Ross were charming, helpful and kind. My flight was delayed, I had to drive in the dark to the B&B on unfamiliar roads but they waited to check me in and made sure I’d ordered breakfast for the following morning. I’ll definitely be back! The location is perfect for visiting the area - I highly recommend the Glen Moray distillery tour and the Drouthy Cobbler for excellent food and friendly service.

Very filling breakfast with veggies and beans, I really appreciated that as not all guesthouses offer breakfast without animal products! my room was exceptionally clean and the bed had plenty of pillows which is great for people like me that need extra elevation to sleep well. Blair was very friendly and made sure I could enjoy my stay at its best^^ This guesthouse is also very close to the train station and bus stops which is amazing for people that don't have a car. thank you for the hospitality Blair, I will definitely come back to this B&B when visiting Elgin!

the hosts were very very accommodating and friendly as soon as I arrived and the BnB was exceptionally clean. the food was also great and they offered a great selection on the coffee tray.

the only issue I had with the property was the noise of birds outside because the window had to be open. however this is a personal issue and not reflective of the property.

This is a very nicely run B&B, located in a convenient place just outside the city centre, so it is easy to get to, leave your car in the ample parking lot, then walk in to town. The hosts are extremely friendly, the room cozy, and the breakfast delicious. Also a good base from which to make short day trips along the Moray coast.

The doors throughout the house were a bit slammy, though I except this has to do with regulatory codes, etc.

A really splendid example of good hospitality with a a real sense that the hosts cared for their guests . The breakfast was well cooked delicious and I'll definitely book in again on my next visit to this part of Scotland...... it's a real find .

Nothing at all ..... for the purposes of my stay in Elgin it provided the beat facilities that i could have wished for and clearly the owners set high standards and achieve them .

I loved the easy location, spacious and clean room and the little touches - the sheets were extra soft and the coffee tray refreshed every day. The hosts were wonderfully friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was delicious. What’s not to like!

Breakfast was ordered by filling in ones choices on a simple form the night before and served as ordered; several options; high quality food, cheerful, well-informed and helpful hosts. Welcome warm, friendly and assistance readily given to us, an elderly couple. Bedroom clean, comfortable with Modern TV and spotless en suite. Car-parking available on site.
