Good location to visit university. The room was spacious with comfortable beds. The reception staff was friendly and welcoming.

The drinking mug in the room was dirty with coffee stains around the mouth. It automatically made me question the overall cleanliness of the room. Found lots of dust over the metal railings in the bathroom (we had an accessible room). The table lamp was not working but it was not a big issue for us so we didn’t complain. I believe the mini fridge was also not working. It didn’t get cold despite the switch was on.

I was dropping my son to start his first year at University and we flew over from Ireland. A delayed flight meant we didn't get to the hotel until after midnight but staff replied to queries posted on Booking.com and the receptionist was expecting us. Great location on campus. Clean, spacious, comfortable rooms with enough plugs to satisfy any teenager and sufficient heating and ventilation.

Can't think of anything to improve - the staff were lovely, and check-in and out were super efficient, but left at 7 am the next morning so was a super short stay!!

Helpful friendly receptionist clean pleasant room with comfortable bed. Ideal location for attending granddaughters graduation. All areas of the university grounds were clean and free from litter.

Unfortunately I found the breakfast poor and lukewarm which was disappointing. Poached egg was. hard, bacon hard and not warm enough,coffee machine gave very poor weak coffee , The dining area was very clean and the staff were pleasant but the quality of the breakfast was not ideal .

It was a pleasure to stay at Elite Sport Centre and Hotel in Loughborough which we used to travel to/from Download 2023. The hotel is just a 10 minute local bus journey to city centre (bus 127) and from there we used Sky Link to take us to/from Download at Donnington Park. This shuttle can also be used 24 hours every day to/from East Midland Airport.

I have nothing to add that could have make this a better experience, everything was to our satisfaction. Room, Staff, Location was all to my expectation.

Perfect location for my son's interview at the university. Quiet location, although the restaurant was not open the incredibly helpful and patient manager guided us to a restaurant where we had an excellent dinner.

Water pressure in the shower wasn't great and the water wasn't very hot, but serviceable. The site is very busy at night for sports use so only a couple of parking spaces available but there were more carparks on site that we could have used.

We thought it was a normal hotel with restaurant and maybe a bar but the restaurant was a cafe for students and there were no other facilities. Unfortunately it was very basic

The hotel is located quite a distance into the uni site, and the town centre, which I appreciate they can’t do anything about. The bed was not very comfortable,and the room was very hot and the window could not be opened to get some fresh air in. The cooked breakfast was not of a good standard.

Staff went over and above to make our stay one to remember. They were very reactive to requests. We only ate breakfast at the hotel. This was fresh and made and presented to a very high standard. Better than I expected. The EAH is only a short drive from the Great Central Station where we were visiting for a train ride and evening meal.

There really wasn't anything negative to say about our stay. There was a minor fault to report about the shower, but this was resolved very quickly by duty staff.

Exceptionally clean and well maintained throughout the whole hotel including all outside areas. Staff were friendly, professional and always happy to help. Check in was simple and quick and the room was spacious, well equipped and a really comfortable nights sleep. Highly recommend

It was all brilliant! Little tricky to find once on uni campus as not well signposted.

Morden hotel, friendly staff and spacious room at a decent price. We will definitely be staying at the hotel again.

We stayed for one night (well, a few hours) after attending a wedding reception. We noticed that the extract fan in the shower was not working. By the time we noticed this, we were checking out.
