the first property of theirs nearer to Goose Fair was pretty noisy but they were very quick at contacting the noisy neighbours. They were good enough to change my booking to another location when enough was enough. nobody offers this level of service, not even booking themselves now offer a replacement accommodation. The property in the park was fantastic, quiet and had quality facilities. There is therefore a tiered system of accommodation and you basically get what you pay for. the higher tier accommodation is clearly superior and I could park easily and it was in the best part of Nottingham (The Park). It was clean, though missing sharp knives, and it was quiet.

There everthing ok and the zone is quite and sercure, have good internet, they help me 3 time in my stay: 1- change flat bc my phone conection not work in flat 2 and they change other for flat 6 2- i ask for arrival 2 hour earlie and they tell me yes 3- I folget my phone when i leave and the cleaner boy give me back

Very comfortable compact studio space with everything you need for a short stay. Good value for money

Couldn't work out how to use the hob and the telly didn't work which I found out on the last day was because there were no batteries in the remote! Didn't need either though so not too much of a problem. Couldn't get through to the property owner when I tried to call on arrival as I couldn't open the lock box but once that was sorted all went well for the rest of the week

I liked the fact that we had a kitchen and a washing machine.

The bathroom is extremely narrow and there is no possibility to put any things in it. It's just a shower tub. I also think the price was extremely high for such a small and okay place.

Straight forward to book, good price for a on the spot last minute booking, cosy room, clean bathroom, comfy warm bed with heating in the room, Owner was very helpful and saved the night since i didn't have a plug to charge my phone. Would recommend this hotel easily!

Honestly theres nothing i didn't like about this hotel, straight forward to enter, door code sent through to you straight away no issues whatsoever.

The studio was clean, comfortable, and a nice size. The internet connection is a bit weak at times and drops out. It appeared that most previous guests had never emptied the lint filter on the communial dryer. Checkin was easy, and the location is good. An easy walk into the city. Well suited for my stay.

I had a really good stay overall . The heating was perfect. Will recommend to others for sure.

The pillows were way too thin. And were giving least support to the head. On the other hand, if a guest books for a week stay then there must be 2 bed linens available and a cleaning is must on daily basis.

Cozy, newly furnished and clean studio. Within walking distance to city centre.

Got studio in basement just below entrance, so there was sometimes noise from walking and closing the front doors.

Quite nice for 1 person just 1.4 mile from Victoria centre

If u want to go in city centre by public transport u need to walk like 4-5 min to take the tram. The heating you need to boost every 4h if u want to be warm in the room. The window wasn't closing very well needed to be fix
