The hotel is situated right in the centre close to shops and restaurants and walking distance to pretty much everything. The rooms are clean and tidy and the bed is comfortable. Having the kitchen area is always useful so you dont have to eat out every night. It is a modern hotel with everything you need for a good stay.

The lift! Its not working properly and it wasnt fixed the whole time I was there (a week). Other guest were complaining it had been like it for some time. Other than that - all good.

A very clean hotel with excellent design. Very close to the city centre and 1 minute from Nottingham Trent University. There was a private, underground car park, and they very kindly accepted to leave my car there for a few hours after the check out. The rooms had perfect size and were very clean. They were equipped with all the necessities, including a microwave oven, hobs, and a large fridge. Comfortable beds and pillows. They were, also, sound proof. The free coffee machine and cooler at the lobby were excellent ideas.

The water in the shower was coming in waves of cold and extremely hot. It was almost impossible to remain under the running water for more than 5 seconds. However, to be honest, I didn't mention anything to the reception. Therefore, I don't know if they would be able to fix it. The parking spaces were a bit narrow. The street in front of the hotel was a dead end and a bit isolated. I'm not sure how safe it is there (I didn't feel there was something suspicious, though). Some members of the staff (one person, actually) were a bit rude, I felt like I did something wrong!

Property is in a great location, with tram stop close by. There is also parking available. The room is large, clean and comfortable with plenty of facilities, such as crockery, cutlery, large fridge etc. Customer service is excellent and every member of staff I interacted with gives great service. Limited external noise means that rooms are quiet at night when trying to sleep. Free croissants and hot drinks are also available until 10:30am, which is a nice bonus.

Shower cubicle partition isn’t long enough to stop the water from overflowing the shower and wetting the floor, even when on minimum water speed. Only one lift was working and there were no signs to show where the stairs were. Corridors/ some communal areas had a ‘fusty’ smell but the room was very clean and smelled fresh.

For one the staff, special mention to our Queen Tattiana who was the most attentive and bubbly member of staff who always made us smile when we interacted with her and always knew how to help! She really was a standout for our whole visit to Nottingham. The location was really great for us, only a short distance from the city centre. The facilities were great (having a washing machine was a massive help since we were on a long trip). The room itself was spotless and we slept comfortably both nights.

The lift was very temperamental..needs to be fixed but thanks Tattiana for making it lighthearted enough that it didn’t bother us too much! There was a lot of noise outside the hotel with building going on however we know this is out of the hotels control but a heads up would have been nice. The windows however were very effective for blocking the noise out enough for us to still sleep well.

The staff were all so friendly and helpful, the welcome we recieved on arrival was a great start to our stay. The room was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. It was great being able to make breakfast in our room - if we'd needed to we could have cooked a substantial meal. Good sized fridge. The hotel has its own carpark under the hotel which is a much better deal than the public carpark adjacent to it. Fresh croissants are also included in the price and provided first thing in the morning. Excellent position in the city to be able to access theatres.

The room was a little tired - the towel rail in our room (5 on the ground floor) was not fully affixed to the wall and the desk was quite badly scratched, some of the furniture was looking a bit shabby. Be aware that the bowls are quite small and shallow - not really sufficient for a decent serving of cereal.

Front desk was exceptional, very friendly and accommodating. Room was good size, kitchenette was useful. Croissants each morning with tea and water dispenser available all day was also nice. Aside from the club noise next door, excellent location for restaurants and shopping.

Clubs next door were noisy late into the night, construction across the street was noisy during the day. Shower head aimed directly beyond the half door, so it was impossible not to flood the floor each time we showered and caused a serious slipping hazard.

Excellent central location, short 5 minutes walk into the city centre. Arrived at check in time and there were plenty of parking spaces left. Loved that the car park was super secure with electronic gated entry for guests only. Spacious, very clean room, very comfortable beds. Staff couldn't have been nicer, always super friendly. Would stay again!

One of the two lifts wasn't working, at peek times it was a bit frustrating as we were on the 4th floor. I'm sure this will be fixed ASAP, and we were just unlucky when we were there.

Great location can walk straight into the centre, you have theatre, shops,pubs restaurants. The car park is underneath so it's easy access. It's not an apartment per se it's a hotel but the rooms are fully furnished with a kitchen. There's a nice area downstairs where you can get a free coffee and croissant in the morning which is a nice touch.

The staff didn't ask if I had arrived by car, so I nearly didn't pay for car parking which I imagine would incur a fine, it was only when I went onto booking.com to look at when the check out time was as I hadn't been told that either. I was also unaware that you need to pay by card when you get there, it's not paid in advance through booking.com. luckily I take my cards everywhere but just to let people know as they don't accept cash.

Ideally located for Rock City. Friendly staff, well set out. The lady on reception apologised for the lift running slowly, but said if you talk nicely to the lift she will be ok. And it was. i thought we would have our ‘ups and downs’, but the lift and I got on really well. Nice to see a friendly and humourous receptionist on duty after a journey. She kindly allowed me in early, as my room was ready. I had turned up a touch early to get my location sorted.

The breakfast of croissants was crumbly and I left crumbs in the seating area. But that’s my bad. 😞

There wasn't anything to dislike, friendly staff when I arrived, very pleasant. Check in was really easy. Access to the coffee machine in the lobby was free (first hotel I've ever known that). The room itself was amazing, it had everything you could have ever asked for, extremely comfortable and very spacious. As for location, if you're going to a gig at Rock city, you won't be disappointed, it's literally just round the corner, a 2 minute walk if that! This place will be my go to hotel every time I go to Rock City. Definitely a 10/10 experience, I'd give more if I could (there's even a mini shop Essentialzzz if you need something during your stay).

Read above, I had a really pleasant time there and there was no faults to find. Will definitely be staying again. Wonderful all round experience.
