Room was clean and tidy and very close to everything you needed. You're given a key to get in and out of the building as the reception isn't manned.

I did book parking but when we got there the member of staff that checked us in informed us that the car park was closed. It isn't owned by the hotel so we were told they do close the car park without giving the hotel notice which in all fairness, isn't the hotels fault. There is an NCP (St James) right by the hotel though, but we did find a cheaper NCP a short walk away which was more than half the price for 24 hours (NCP Maid Marian Way)

It's a fair walk to the Arena unless you are quite used to walking. Their is a NCP for parking round the corner for 400 cars. The room was very clean and a Lovely ORANGE for SHEFFIELD STEELER Fans. The room was £80 for one night only and you can only register between 3pm - 9pm. There is deposit of £50 which is only taken from your account if there are any damages so take a photo before you leave.

Having to walk all the way back to register because the Ice Hockey tournament finished after 9pm

Super cosy and comfortable room, it has an iron kettle and en-suite bathroom along with a sofa and tv with all the channels. It’s super close. To everything and there’s a Tesco on your doorstep! Roberto was so helpful on the day of arrival and the price we paid was an absolute bargain

The check out time is abit early .. especially when you are suffering from a hangover

Place was very close to the castle site(no castle) and the middle of town. Parking station very close.

For the first time in the UK I was asked to provide passport details at check-in and I questioned it and was then told it was ok.

Location is perfect, right near the city centre.

The staff member who checked me in was just a little blunt and rude. The service didn’t feel very personal for such a lovely little boutique hotel.

Not only was the hotel in a great central location the room itself was very clean and comfortable and was much better than i was expecting Also the person on duty was very attentive and contacted me to let me know the room was available before the allotted check in time

I like the motel’s location. Also like the cleanliness. But there is one thing I don’t like : the wifi speed

The wifi speed, it is too low, as I checked the speed once logged in the room. Finally I chose to use my cell phone data during the 3-night stay.

the room was laid out nicely the location was easy enough to find and it was close to the centre and was very local and it was in good walking distance from everything

Very near city centre. Quiet location. No noise. Room clean & cozy. Car park adjacent Fridge in room. Good hanging area. Toilet area & shower spotless

The room had very poor lighting. Not helped by black lampshades. Toilet roll holder very annoying! Kept moving around the floor!
