Room 5 met our needs for our stay in Nottingham, it was compact, while having everything that we needed, the bed was very comfy and the room felt fresh and recently decorated, the en-suite shower room was clean and nicely appointed. And there was facilities between stuff provided in the room and the extra kitchens to be able to make breakfast/meals. Having a fridge is always handy. Also a plus that in large kitchen there were washing machines and dryers should we need. The one member of staff that we met during our short stay how was serving the empty rooms was very polite, friendly and helpful, and helped us learn how to use the door fob☺️ It also located in what I think is the nicest part of Nottingham, quite an historical estate nestled at the base on the castle, with clear planning restrictions and amazing gas street lamps.

Small thing the back sitting area needs a bit of attention, the inside is so nicely appointed and that back area lets it down a bit.

The room was nice and spacious, the bed was comfy and the bathroom was a great size, the kitchen was equipped with everything you would need for a short stay we had a countertop stove with 2 rings, we really enjoyed how the television was on a bracket so you could move it to view from around the room.

It would have been nice to have a oven in although we did use the oven which was a floor below to cook anything that we needed to cook. We were also on the top floor and it was quite hot, so it would have been great to have a fan with in the room to keep it cool. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.

A one bed studio with a reasonably equipped kitchen area, a desk and chair. Also a hair dryer and iron. An excellent location. We only knew if vaguely and had never stayed in that area before. I thought it might be a bit run down inner city being the edge of the city centre, but in fact it was in between edge of city centre, a busy road but on the edge of a really nice residential area. And just below the Castle. If you turn left coming out of the front door then the Castle is on the cliff just ahead of you. Ten minutes walk to the near part of the city centre. Less than fifteen minutes walk to the railway station, also to the nearest convenience store, a Tesco one street the other side of the Castle (albeit up a steep hill). Convenient bus and probably tram links if you are going towards Beeston / the University side of the city. (We took the bus but not the trams). A couple of hundred yards from the historic Trip to Jerusalem Inn and other nice eating and drinking places nearby there or in the centre.

The rooms is a bit cramped but fine for two people for a weekend or two or three nights. It was very warm when we arrived - but we arrived in the middle of a heatwave. The area was quiet when we visited so we were able to keep windows open. Remember to bring your tea and coffee / milk etc. There is a fridge, a microwave, a kettle and an electric hob.

Great location as it is a 10 min walk from the Notts Train Station & Sainsbury mega store. Also there is a bus stop just outside the premises. Overall this property is in a quiet neighborhood, the room is clean, has pretty much everything u need & is great value for money.

So finding the place was a bit of a challenge as the back of the property is shown when u enter the postcode on google maps. Also you definitely need to watch the check in video instructions as it can be hard to figure out how to access the property if not. In terms of comfort the mattress wasn’t great & if u r someone who needs shampoo, there isn’t any provided. One thing the property was missing was a bottle opener. All minor points but if addressed this property would be exceptional in my opinion.

Easy check in, we had 2 comfy beds and everything we needed (hair dryer, microwave, towels, etc). Everything was clean and the property was in a nice location for us. Overall it was a nice stay - thank you!

We did only have one little loo roll available so we went out to buy more, unsure if there was more somewhere in the property etc. The kettle plug wouldn’t reach to plug in, so we had to put it on the floor hahaha.

The place is located in a nice quiet area behind Nottingham Castle 🏰. You can walk into town if you wanted to. There are cameras for security. You dnt need to meet anyone to open the door for you.. There is a keysafe

The location can be a nightmare to find especially if you are driving. The easiest point of entry into the location is restricted to residents' registered cars only. So you have to go around the castle and you can easily get lost if you dnt know the area 😔. Took me close to an hour to find the place.

Good location, good facilities, clean room, always had hot water. Room included a working kettle, fridge, and microwave. Bed extremely comfortable. Great shower.

Although there was a kettle, there were no cups, so unable to make tea or coffee. Strange, considering there was a full cutlery set and plates. Also, despite washing up liquid and a sink, there was no dishtowel, I was forced to use one of the hand towels to dry the dishes.

Loved the location and it was super easy to check in! Response time from the hosts was excellent too!

Wifi wasn’t great, and the TV was slow and non responsive. the room above was loud also, probably nothing you can do though!

the room was very spacious and all necessity’s were available such as a hair dryer etc. the rooms were clean and aesthetically pleasing with swan shaped towels which were a nice touch.

the front door was a bit confusing to get around so I would recommend running through this with new guests.

The location provided peace at the end of the night. Not only was it perfect for a couple stay but its also close to all events in city center.

The wife's snoring but that can't be blamed elsewhere lol. Seriously gotta say I have nothing to complain about.
