Lovely pool and steam room, clean and comfortable room, friendly staff, amazing breakfast. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, hope to return 😊

Rooms were a little cramped and could be doing with an update, not the best shower

Parking was difficult as it was rather restricted. However we did manage to park eventually

We were a large family group . The staff went above and beyond in meeting our needs We had a reservation for dinner for 16 adults. The food was excellent and was served by the very cheerful staff.

The room was always at a nice temperature all the staff were polite and attentive and eager to help the breakfast was always cooked to perfection the treatment we received when visiting the spa was the highlight of our break away from home

The shower in the room were low pressure mixers that’s all

We enjoyed our stay and particularly the spa treatments which were so relaxing and therapists could not have been nicer. It was very close to shops so was ideal location. Breakfast was perfect and all staff in the hotel were very nice

On arrival we were allocated our room which was very disappointing. It was small and uninviting and as it was our wedding anniversary and we were there for 2 nights I felt I had to say something. Staff were excellent and gave us a much superior room which to be fair I was expecting to be allocated the first time. The initial room allocation would only be suitable for a lone traveller who just wanted to rest for one night and nothing else unfortunately. This was my only complaint which was addressed and we thoroughly enjoyed the rest of our stay.

The hotel is excellent clean tidy friendly welcoming staff the pool is very clean too cosy area loads of treatments available at this hotel too ideal location not far from coach stop so ideal and food is amazing at this hotel I will be visiting again soon

Only things that could have been better is they really should think about doing a daytime bar menu for food light bites other thing is I think it’s great to look into th pool area at the bar but other should really have some privacy screen blinds at least on window so far up I know for me and others like myself with autism I wouldn’t feel comfy knowing if it was busy that the whole bar room reception area can see you swimming and in your costume bad enough when the pool is busy only things I’d like to see changed abit I can not say bad words about this hotel as it’s outstanding and very comfy to stay there

Breakfast was good . The staff catered very well . Always there to help.

All in in all the hotel it's self was nice my husband used the pool and steam room facilities he said they were great .only problem was the room it was very in need off upgrade ability dated .it was windy at night and windows were rattling very old . The cleaners just came in and emptied buckets . I had used cups and plates which did not get replaced. I had to wash them myself in the toilet not a good place to wash dishes. The shower could have done with mat as I found it a bit slippy other than that it's a nice hotel .

A Went to book a meal for Sunday nite @was told restaurant was closed Sunday Monday wasn't good for a big hotel after walking all day had to go back out Was told (no chef )Also tried to book for a massage but had to do it online as I couldn't because I forgot my phone @she couldnt do it on her computer was told nobody Sat or Sunday not much good When it's advertised Thats about all otherwise stay was good xx

Very good location. Easy to walk to shops and restaurants. Food was good and liked the choices for breakfast. Evening dinner was excellent and our hostess was very friendly, informative and pleasant. Spa area was clean and not overcrowded. Steam room was little bit hot for me. All the staff in every area of the hotel/spa went out of their way to help and inform us during our stay. Well done. Courtesy bus to and from the Theatre was offered and our driver was one of a kind. Pleasant journey, no waiting. And the icing on the cake…..sunny and warm. 10 out of 10
