Tom and Adam are just so welcoming and attentive. This trip to Pitlochry was due to a very special celebration, and they made it just perfect (we will always remember this!) thank you again for your lovely surprise and good treatment. Our room was spotless, and we had the most beautiful views from the Valley. We had breakfast there and it was very tasty, also, the dining room was marvellous! I’d love to have my breakfast every morning with those stunning views! Additionally, they have a very cute and cozy bar where you can pour your favourite beverages, or, if you prefer, you can go to the living room and enjoy your drink there while reading a book or playing to one of the fun board games they have in their display. If you’re looking for quality treatment, a relaxing spot, and most important, nice and thoughtful hosts, do not hesitate to book a room in this wee Scottish paradise.

The breakfasts were great. There was a very good choice and it was cooked well. Special diets were catered for as you could make the hosts aware of this so they could organise this I very much liked the layout, the decoration, the wonderful views. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.

There was not anything that I did not like. There was parking for guests. Pitlochry town centre was only a 10 minute walk away. If someone had a physical disability they may not be able to walk into town, but they could be taken down into town by car.

The hotel is immaculate & very homely. We only met Sean briefly but Tom was an exceptional host, couldn't have been lovelier & more helpful & despite only taking over there in April, had very good local knowledge. Room was comfortable & very generously sized, breakfast was excellent & the honesty bar (although we didn't make use of it on this occasion) was a really nice addition. Location wise it was in a nice quiet street about 7-8 mins walk from Fishers Hotel on the main Street. Would definitely stay again.

The property was attractive overlooking the valley and hills. The owner was very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The room was, clean, warm and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom had a walk-in shower. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and well cooked. My request for a gluten free breakfast was treated seriously and GF food was sourced locally.

No problem if very active or in a car but it is a steep hill up to the property from the town.

The owners are wonderful hosts and everything is clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good too. The honesty bar works well with a good choice of items. The bed was comfortable and the area is nice and quiet.

Nothing much at all, any things I thought may improve it I mentioned to the hosts so they can look to improve it. Honestly it was just to have somewhere to hang things in the bathroom other than just the radiator that is how difficult it was to find fault!

The breakfast was perfect and the landlord James was always friendly, humorous and helpful.

Everything clean tidy warm and couldn’t fault a thing. Tom the owner couldn’t do more for you excellent host. Honesty bar is an excellent idea never seen that before.

Can’t think of anything. Suggestion maybe umbrellas at door to borrow as it was very wet when we stayed. Luckily we had one in the car but maybe some people might not be prepared when you’re all dressed up and ready to go into town for dinner.

The Venue was No Less Than Amazing, especially the back garden views of the surrounding hills, a color explosion to brighten anyday of the week, there was ample parking. The room was light and the views well you'd need to book and see for yourself, loads of space to leave your suitcase an storage for its contents. Plenty of lighting at the bedside for reading, a television on the wall adequate for watching the odd film. Tea and coffee making facilities with plenty of sugar n milk, coffee sachets and best of all Tetley Tea Bags for myself. The bed was very comfortable and easy to get the head down and slumber off into sleep, the shower was a very good size for a big guy like myself and very clean with some washing soap etc and plenty of super white clean towels for your every need. Breakfast was well presented and our taste buds where getting well used, lovely local sausage, egg, black pudding, potato scone, mushrooms cooked to perfection and fried tomato for the wife, with both of us having brown toast, there was also various cereals n fresh fruit available if you wanted, a perfect way to start the day. The host James was very pleasant and helpful at all times, knowledgeable and informative about Pitlochry. My wife and I will definitely visit Beinn Bhracaigh if we are back in the beautiful Pitlochry area again...and would advise others to do the same. Ps There's No Need for photos because you Will Want To See This Place for yourself...

Just couldn't find anything wrong to say with our few days visit

The decor and the relaxed atmosphere. Everything is of good quality.

Main complaint is that it felt awkward when things ran out. System is too ask or even phone to restock. But when you have exhausted the milk in your room and in the communal area. It didn't seem right to phone at 10pm. Other comment is the boiler seems to be on a timer which leaves the room cold when you go to bed later.

Excellent breakfast, the location was fabulous. Easy to stroll into town. Tom and Adam were wonderful hosts and were very engaging. They went to great lengths to make sure we were comfortable. The honour bar was fantastic, very comfortable and reasonable prices. The breakfast room was bright and welcoming and the gardens were lovely. I would absolutely recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Pitlochry.
