I was happy with my stay and the price I paid for what I got. I asked for a slightly earlier check in which was readily agreed. Was given the WIFI code on arrival. I was expecting a single bed, but was pleased to be given a double room, which was very spacious with lots of storage. Very small bathroom but served its purpose. Nice tea&coffee facilities Room was clean and bed was comfy. I slept well. Felt safe and secure which is important me. I often stay in Redditch when I work at the weekend. As long as the price is reasonable, I would stay again.

There was a fair bit of street noise late at night but there is a pub opposite so expected. I believe the windows are single glazed and there is a crack in a pane and u cannot put them on vent, so, that is one constructive comment I would make. There is a strong cooking smell which I assume comes from the Indian place next door. This is to be expected and would not stop me staying again.

Easy to check in. Room was on a high level overlooking the town and fields in the distance. Large comfortable bed, heater in the room, tea and coffee provided with kettle and two ginger biscuits, also towels and soaps, good shower. I was able to leave my bag for collection later. Staff very kind and helpful.

Outside is very unassuming. Window was a little drafty. The pub across the road was a little noisy (weekend) but they quieted down after 11pm. It was fine for me but if walking is a problem the property is up a hill and there are only stairs inside, no lift.

Only booked a 1 nights stay, I turned up late the man that greeted me was ok with it considering I turned up after 12 at night, he sent me the WiFi password and wished me a good stay, it was quiet the bed was comfortable, the room had a smart TV kettle etc. Only thing I could say is it was a small compact room. For me by myself it was not a problem, I would use this hotel again

I like how close the property is from the kingfisher shopping mall and the town centre. It was soo convenient for me and my girlfriend to get into town just by walking down the hill. We got an upgrade to a super king size bed room and we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again in the future.

The receptionist was very pleasant and welcoming. I asked about use of an ironing board and he offered to do the ironing for me! Well I'm a proud man and like to manage my own admin but I was impressed with the offer! Excellent shower in the ensuite and cable TV - best little hotel I've stayed in this year!

Car park is a bit hilly,but in fairness it is situated on a hill! Just make sure your handbrake is fully engaged!

This was Refurbed professionally with no corners cut it is really really nice and well worth viewing and booking the manager owner is so helpful and will go out his was to please you mark my word I have stayed in many hotels has being a coach driver and this place touched me

Very welcoming host. Compact, but clean. Great shower.

Very clean and comfortable room. Situated directly opposite Woodland Cottage Pub with friendly clientel which suited us. Also adjacent to the hotel there a burger bar one side and small convenience store the other side.

Only problem was that the radiator was not working properly. I was given a small electric fan heater which was noisy and not powerful enough to heat the shower room.

3rd stay in just over 2 months. A friendly greeting from the owner. Its very. It's very clean and warm. Bed was very comfortable. Nothing was to much trouble for the hotel extra coffee or biscuits or chocolate. Will happily stay again.

The rooms in this hotel have been recently fully refurbished. The two single beds in my twin room were very comfortable, good mattresses and quality linen. The shower was good, there was no bath in my room which was ok with me. The room was clean and everything functioned well. I was able to park in the hotel car park at the rear. My stay went well.
