Booked 2 rooms for 2 nights travelling up from Cornwall to visit Coventry University on Sat & Worcestershire University on Sun before heading back to Cornwall. Staff were friendly & accommodating while we were there. Rooms were ok, perhaps in need of a little TLC but clean & warm. Breakfast on both days were excellent especially the home made pancakes. Food of an evening was good, along with very good waiting staff as it was busy with Xmas parties. Overall we would be more than happy to book & stay there again.
Didn't except dogs. We also had to be moved during our evening meal due to some inappropriate language & it was very noisy due to the xmas parties going on the same evening.

Simple check and room request fulfilled. Pleasant bar and breakfast staff.
All went well except both bulbs were missing from bedside lights and both soap dispensers did not work! I had my usual breakfast, of mashed avocado, bacon and poached egg but sent it back only half eaten; poached egg was hard, bacon over cooked, remainder tepid. The first time this has ever happened! New chef? In fairness, I was not charged for the breakfast. In all other ways, I was very happy there. It is and will continue to be my hotel of choice when visiting Birmingham.

Room was clean and appeared to be recently decorated. Bathroom also good. Plenty of free parking space close to the property. Staff friendly and helpful. Location close to M42 for easy access, and handy for Redditch town centre.
Breakfast was ok at £8.75, including cereals, cooked breakfast and toast etc. However cooked breakfast ingredients were a little sparse. Sausage, bacon and black pudding portions very small, and only about two spoonfuls of baked beans, but overall reasonably tasty. With cereals and as much toast as you wanted, it was filling enough, and for the money was ok.

Friendly and helpful staff, a good family weekend stay for us. My sister in law had a dog this is a dog friendly place. Food was very good. Choice of cooked or continental breakfast. Play park in the garden was great for my kids.
Unfortunately, points are deducted with this review as I have been charged twice for the stay. One with booking.com and again from Meadow Farm. I'm still awaiting communication and my refund, which has been a month now. I dont know how they got my banking details, but this has been off-putting to come back and stay again, which is a shame.

Our second stay here. Room was clean and functional. Only saw one member of staff at check in but she was friendly and helpful
We were located in a room right off reception so it was noisy with people coming and going and the reception door was often not shut properly, could have been security issues. Also a lot of guests who were smokers congregated right outside our bedroom window as seating and bins nearby. Again lots of talking and we didn't have windows open due to smoke and vape smells. Poor lighting with most of them not working and TV had no volume control and it was set quite loud. About one-third of a toilet roll for 3 people for 2 nights. We ended up buying our own

I booked an area called “The Pub”,((after “Pub”, hours) generally used for breakfast)); for an evening wedding reception. Once cleaned and dressed, by us, the area was really good. The staff were overly busy, friendly and attentive to requests. A fab venue, the company should seriously look at tidying up, furnishings and cleaning practices, generally very dirty, sticky tables and bar. “The Pub”, buildings, grounds and gardens in an just out of town, countryside location. Have tried to upload pics, but failed! All that said, it’s a lovely venue, just needs better care and attention. Would certainly go back unless I am barred after this review.
Overall cleanliness in “The Pub” was disappointing. But we were allowed to address and dress over the general grubbiness. I will stress that staff were committed to try to resolve when they could! Better general hygiene standards by management should be undertaken!

A lovely and quiet location with a nice garden/green area out the back, the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The shower was hot and powerful, so a nice shower was had. Internet seemed to work well. Th nearby pub and restaurant was nice and large with a pleasant conservatory are to eat in. The car park stretches around from the pub and is right outside the door of the accommodation building, which was nice if you have many bags etc.
The shower was a bath tub, but that's fine the shower curtain worked pretty well. I asked reception if they did any type of laundry service, which they replied they didn't, they were lovely and looked up the nearest laundry service in the area.

Nice, clean hotel. Beds are comfortable. Free WiFi. Reasonably priced.
My room (no.3, 2x single beds for disabled on the ground floor) didn't have any means of ventilation in the bathroom, and when you come back the next day, it stinks like hell in there. The shower in my room was broken, and I had to position it a certain way, so it worked for me. The rooms are not cleaned regularly. Apart from these 2x issues, it is actually very reasonably priced.

Wow! The check-in online and at reception for key was super fast and friendly. The Large triple room on the ground floor was super clean with a bath as requested. Tea/coffee facilities and multi-channel TV were available in room too. There was no need to contact any staff, so can't rate them other than 10/10 at reception. The location is in a quiet area and only a few minutes drive to a supermarket and petrol station. There is also a restaurant on site in pub or another restaurant just a few minutes drive towards town centre. I didn't eat at either as was visiting family and got fed there. Prices seemed VFM though. The hotel wasn't over busy for Easter weekend, but remained super quiet throughout. The price was excellent value for money at £55.00 PNPR. The Bath was FABULOUS! Thank You to the team that made my stay FANTASTIC. Recommended and will return someday. 10/10.
Could not fault anything during my stay.

I loved the location and the fact that the main hotel building was behind the barn with the bar and restaurant, so it meant no pub noise.. It looks very pretty and has clearly been built sympathetically with the surroundings. It was immaculately clean, even down to the net curtains at the windows. The bed was comfortable, as was the rest of the room. It wasn't souless like a lot of hotel rooms can be. The room was a good size, as was the shower room, again, unlike some other hotels where I felt like I had been stuck in the broom cupboard because I was travelling alone! I ate in the restaurant and the food was lovely. Good value, well prepared and the staff were absolutely lovely.
The smell of cigarette smoke wafting in through my open window! My room was above and to the side of the main reception doors and unfortunately someone kept going out for a smoke and seemed to be smoking directly outside the front door! I know this is my personal issue and I am super picky about it because I hate cigarette smoke, but maybe you could ask them to light up and smoke a little bit further away. That said, please don't let it put you off choosing this lovely place. It was a random set of circumstances that led me to comment!
