10 minutes drive from Chatham docks, close to local supermarket, you can order food to the hotel and they have fridge and microwave. Very helpful and friendly staff.

The water pressure in the shower wasn't the best

It was clear both rooms have been maintained to a very high standard. The bathroom had high quality aqua panels, so more hygienic that grout and tiles. We booked two rooms at short notice after a different hotel let us down The friendly staff arranged for us to be accommodated on the same floor, which enabled 3 generations to socialise between the two rooms with ease. Both rooms had plenty of plug and USB sockets to keep all the electronic devices charged. Although we drove by car, the hotel is ideally situated close to the train station.making it an ideal choice for those travelling by public transport.

Nothing bad to say. We will be happy to stay here again!

My favourite hotel in this area / town. Location is good as it is right opposite a main Train Station. Hotel staff are always very warm and welcoming. Staff are around until late hours, but contactable on an emergency phone number, in out of hours if needed. Hotel is very nice, modern and up to date. Always have a good night stay, beds are very comfortable and always clean.

Hotel is very modern and clean. However, a few small touch up's would be good. Small black marks on walls and skirting boards but isn't a big issue or affects the stay, would just make the appearance look better.

I love this hotel. I have stayed many times at this hotel and it is a personal favourite of mine. The hotel itself doesn't actually offer breakfast I don't think but this isn't really a big deal. They do offer a lounge and dining room. The staff are always really polite and very welcoming on arrival which is very nice. The Customer service is brilliant and nothing is ever too much trouble to ask for.

Nothing to criticise about this hotel. This is my favourite every time and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

The location was close to the town centre, also close to public transport (buses, train station etc). And I must add that the staff member at the reception desk is very welcoming.

The housekeeper could of knocked on the door before entering my room. Not entirely his fault, he must of though the room was empty and thought he'd tidy the room while I was out. When he entered the room, he saw me sitting on the bed and he apologies so it wasn't a big deal.

Location is superb and was good value for money. Got the desired room too.

The wifi connection didn't turn out well and their was issue with the TV connection too, I couldn't access the TV for almost a whole day.

Train station nearby , so could hear the trains quite early in the morning

No frills place to stay. We used it for a stopover on our way home. Comfortable beds (triple family room) and good shower.

We stayed for a business/leisure trip to Rochester. And we loved it. Clean and quiet, we had a good night's sleep.

We chose not to have breakfast at the hotel, our own decision depending on our plans for the day. The location of the hotel was a 10-15 minute from the town centre & ok being in the Summer with good weather & light nights. May have been not as comfortable a walk in different circumstances.

The only reasons are small but worth mentioning to rectify for future guests. Check in was stated as 3, we arrived at 4.15 but the room wasn’t available until 4.30. The tv didn’t workin the room but for the time we spent in there it didn’t matter. The hotel is close to the railway so quite a lot of outside noise but the bed was very comfortable and we slept well!
