The staff were very helpful cleaners enaculate job managers was amazing and very friendly throughout the stay no a Single hair food is amazing especially the mixed grill if i have any criticism I don't think adults should pay more than10pounds in the theme park unless there going on rides far to expensive I'd go again the children love it there and the staff are very patient plenty to do onsite and we was made up to let my grandchildren experience the boat slide opening up the kids love it wow yeah it's brilliant

The just paying 30 pounds for adults when there not going on rides to expensive fair enough if there going on rides this idearly needs changing

We got a room perfect for the four of us, good size room, with storage spaces (very useful) and a fair bathroom with bathtub and big mirrow. Mattresses were confortable. The walking distance from the Gulliver's World is perfect. 5 minutes or less. Outdoor area in the back of the hotel and a playroom area for children inside, both very helpful. Free parking. Staff was nice and helpful.

Single beds are quite narrow, like 80 cm or so, but for children they can be enough. Hotel parking entrance (not the Gulliver's Park parking) is difficult to spot while driving, also it is a bit difficult to access as well. I have tried to contact the Hotel multiple times and in different ways after my stay and it been impossible, neither calling nor emails get an answer. This is the main reason I do not give them a higher score.

Lovely , spacious room with a balcony which was a surprise. Mascots kept popping us from time to time around the hotel which the kids loved! Ample parking Free teas and coffee for breakfast

No evening dinner available at the hotel... you must prebook in advance at the entertainment lounge, located at Gullivers world.. Time slot given. We waited in a queue for 30 mins,( after pre booking 2 hours previously) only to be told we could not be served as we did not have the 'package' option).. They then decided to serve us, but by then, there were no pizzas left.. so we option for something else.

The Food is amazing excellent value for money. I stopped in one of the dinosaur rooms in the camping area, I thought I was going to stop in a shed but this was ok as I was only stopping for one night and just using the room to sleep in. I was mistaken the 'shed' was a gorgeous cabin that had a dinosaur theme the shower and toilet facilities were very modern - I'm ordering one of the toilets for home as they utilise a small space. I would give this property 10/10 and have rebooked to take my family on holiday there in September! don't be fooled by the pictures the 'sheds' are worth the money as a quirky getaway.

Its not for everyone but as i was staying for work i don't mind one downside is that I couldn't stop longer and that I didn't bring the family!

I booked the Executive Suite because it was two adults (mother and daughter) and one child sharing the room. That gave us plenty of space for sleeping and moving around. The balcony was great, even in February. The room was comfortable and clean which was all we needed. The best thing was that there was a fridge in the room which I was not expecting but that made life a whole lot easier. The staff were all very nice and friendly. Great for parking and for accessing the Gullivers World Theme Park, which is why we were there of course!

The internet was a bit mixed, the first day it didn't work at all. But the other 2 days it seemed to be ok. Little things in the room were broken. The curtain rail, tv remote control, pull out bed wheels all needed attention, but nothing major. The resort could do with a more upmarket cafe/restaurant. We didn't eat any of the food on site because it all looked pretty unhealthy and not very attractive.

Great staff, very helpful and friendly. Kids loved the room due to the bunk beds. Clean rooms.

TV in room needs a little upgrade as couldn't change channel up on remote, had to type number in and couldn't type 1 on remote either and no way to change it on TV. Door lock has to be messed around with after opening it to be able to close it, but staff member came along and showed me how to hold handle down and push the lock in with my hand and then I was able to close door. Maybe an upgrade on locks would be great.

Dinosaurs. Proximity to cinema. Quirkiness

Double plug sockets in cabin 5 (Stegosaurus) were both 'downgraded' to single by virtue of the third hole being blocked. If you don't want people using the second socket, replace it with a single. Crows dancing on the metal roof of the cabin at 6.30am was a novel alarm clock. Obvs nothing you could do about it, but it slightly disturbed me. I arrived in the dark and the car park closest to the hotel was badly lit and generally quite confusing.

A nice hotel at a competitive price. Set near small woodland where I would have gone for a short walk if I had more time. Next to a children's theme park but that isn't an issue for business travel as closed in evening. The room itself was entertaining as it had a small area with bunk beds and children's decorations. Main bedroom was to normal business standards so not a problem just unusual.

Although I know the town i found it difficult to find the hotel. It is on a huge ex air base "hidden" on the edge of Warrington. You have to go around miles of roads that seem to go nowhere to find it. The satnav does take you there but a few more signs along the way would be reassuring. Also when you get there clearer signs for hotel parking would help as there's a huge car park with little indication of where hotel is.

Nice environment to be in surrounding by trees nice to see the nature. Plus point beds really comfy and a lot of room so you wasn't banging into anything. I would return for the surroundings and the piece and quite. Nice value for the money.

The exterior is fantastic but inside it does not reflect. Think this needs updating. Not much on offer for evening meals or at the bar. Breakfast bog standard a bit over cooked for me. Coffee in cardboard cups not great. On a closer inspection of my room in the morning cobwebs on ceiling and on skirting boards behind floor standing lamp. Looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. Some of the staff were on phones tables were sticky asked to clean which the lady did but was still sticky afterwards. The long mirror was in the wrong place for a couple weekend unless you are into watching yourself (if you know what I mean).

The staff were very friendly and helpful. booking us a taxi and providing information. Gave us the room key before we could check in as we arrived early to drop luggage before heading off. Nice surprise to be in a themed room. The western suite - my ‘kids’ (21 & 16) thought it was hilarious as did us parents. I’ve ticked sleeping in a wagon off my bucket list!!) Beds comfy with fresh clean bedding. Extra towels, pillows and toilet rolls in room also with tea and coffee facilities. The suite actually sleeps 6. It was perfect for us for what we needed, a place to stay after being at the Neighbourhood Weekender. It’s a 4 mile walk back though from Victoria park just in case anyone considers it in the future. We walked it and it wasn’t too bad (just avoid cutting through Sankey Park as it’s pitch black and via the canal 🤣)

Nothing. Perfectly fine for us as a family of 4.
