Decent room, decent bathroom, decent everything. Nothing spectacular but it was brilliantly located and easy to get around. Convenient check in and out but the staff could have helped a bit more

Staff didn't advise on breakfast, I had to ask. We were not given a checkout time, we were just directed to our room and that was that. The pillows were not great and the TV was tiny. You just sink down in the bed and it wasn't a good experience. The bathroom didn't lock and there were no chargers by the bed. The lighting was also a bit weird, don't know how else to put it.

Every single staff I interacted with was amazing, so helpful and friendly! Even in the early morning hours. The room was clean and comfy, shower was great. I like the little signs to help the planet a little bit e.g. towels on the rack means don't change them! I ate in the hotel one evening and it was tasty. Thank you!

I personally thought it was expensive for what it was. The next night I stayed somewhere for £55 a night with breakfast included that was beautiful and unique, so comparing it to the £157 I paid at Redwings for 2 nights and no breakfast I think it's a lot. But maybe that's normal? Toilet seat was loose and window didn't shut properly so a little bit of maintenance needed.

So close to where we needed to be, handy for Wolverhampton City Centre and bus, tram and train facilities. Can't tell you about breakfast I've never been up in time, but friends say its OK. Housekeeping are very helpful, we needed more milk and an extra pillow they brought them to us straight away. There is a good bar at the hotel too and as residents you will be served quite late / early am as long as you're polite and considerate of other guests. Food is served during the day and light snacks (pizza etc) until 11pm

No decaff coffee available The air fresheners are very strong, especially in the corridors, could they be turned down a bit? Parking is limited and if its a Wolves home game there is not much street space available either and the roads by the hotel are closed.

The location was ideal for my visit. I travelled to Wolverhampton for football and the hotel is within 5 minutes walk of Molineux he room was more than adequate for my requirements It was clean, quiet and warm. Wolverhampton city centre is no more than 10 minutes walk. The bar area was useful for a pre-match pint and both staff and patrons were friendly. Breakfast was fine.

After checking out I had a lot of time to kill before my flight but there was no baggage store facility. It would be nice to have the option of fried as well as scrambled egg with breakfast. That apart the breakfast was fine. The crockery could have been better. I know Wolverhampton very well and it is easy for me to find my way around. For those not familiar with the city they may not realise how close they are to the city centre and other facilities. The hotel security was good but it would be useful to have a safe in the room.

The hotel is very well located. it was easy to find being on a main road. It was within walking distance of the city centre. Check-in was easy (24 hour check-in desk). Staff were polite and professional. The room was basic but clean and warm. There was plenty of hot water. There was a nice welcome tray. Wifi in the room was easy to access and was strong. Parking was available (£5 extra). We were able to delay checkout from 10am to noon for an additional £10. The room was good value for money too.

Strangely, there was no lock on the bathroom door. The rest was all fine.

Convenience and price were just what I needed for a 1 night stay in Wolverhampton. I appreciated the smooth check-in/check-out process. The room was good in terms of size, there's free space for a quick morning stretch, there's a desk if you need a desk for whatever use, window blocked the outside noise nicely when I went to bed, shower water was great.

The bedsheets felt a bit old, even though they looked comfy, when I tried to sleep, I couldn't help but feel like they could use a better wash/replacing. Luckily I was too tired to think about it and just slept instantly haha.

Staff were exceptional. Very friendly and very helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was fantastic.

The car park is extremely difficult to find, very small, and very steep - I’m a wheelchair user so this is not ideal. The room hadn’t been properly cleaned - we discovered someone’s false eyelashes on the carpet when we returned from a night out but by then we were too tired to do anything about it and couldn’t mention it at checkout because there was nobody at the desk.

Going to a local gig and rather than hurry for the last train home and miss the end of the headlining set, I'd booked an overnight room for my wife and myself. Decent location, close to the gig venue, not too far from the train station. Nice sized room, comfy bed (a little on the soft side, but no real issue), friendly staff and good water pressure (and hot water) for a quick shower.

The room smelled of cigarette smoke when we got in, but 15 minutes with the window open soon sorted that out.

The hotel room and ensuite shower were clean and comfortable. The hotel location is right in the city centre (about 5-10 mins walk away) so was ideal for visiting amenities by foot. There is car parking available at the hotel for £5 a day.

I stayed on the side of the hotel that was next to the main ring road around Wolverhampton. There was traffic through the night, which woke me up a couple of times. I wouldn't recommend staying on this side of the hotel if you are a light sleeper. The buttons on the shower tap were missing, which made it awkward to change the temperature. The back was missing on the TV remote control, so the batteries were held in place by a medical sticking plaster. I think this is a convenient temporary fix but surely in a hotel this size there are spare TV remote controls around?

The cooked breakfast was awful ..poor quality ingredients especially the sausages One of the bed bases was broken and the mattress sank into the hole that was there towards the foot of the bed Some TLC is needed to clean up the fittings in the shower .. rust marks running down the tiles spoilt the otherwise nice bathroom
