Modern, clean hotel, with spacious rooms.

Room had heavy smoke smell. They had no room available to change for several hours. The hotel is in an industrial area with no restaurants.

During breakfast a desk person changed the TV channel during President Carter’s funeral saying he was instructed to not allow anything political on the TV. This was the funeral of a President of the USA and had nothing to do with politics😒

Big, clean, modern, comfortable rooms with very good wifi. Friendly, helpful staff and plenty of easy parking. Very convenient for I-10 and there are a couple of fast food restaurants nearby. Good breakfast and plenty of space in the breakfast room. An excellent stop while travelling.

it was a newer facility.

the staff at the front desk were not accommodating about an early check in. even after I called and left a message to ask for an early check in. and when we drove to the property and asked they said maybe check back at 3:30. which we did and it wasn’t ready still. it was his tone …. he seemed annoyed we wanted to check in 1 hour early. as it ended up we didn’t get our keys until 4:10. check in is at 4pm

Wow! IMMACULATE! The whole facility is clean and fresh. The surroundings are well kept. Our room was so comfortable. The bed felt fantastic after 14 hours driving. The shower was very clean and great water pressure. The gym was well maintained and felt like all new equipment. The free breakfast consists of scrambled eggs, waffles, juice and, my favorite, biscuits n gravy. Well stocked and, again, just clean. There are a few choices of nice restaurants within a 10 minute drive, as well as a small shopping center, also clean, lol. Great value, too. We paid over $300 in San Antonio for what turned out to be a roach motel. This beautiful, clean, comfy stop gave us the restful night we needed to get up and finish our 7 hour drive home for much less $.

That we couldn't stay longer. Had to get home to Calofornia.

The breakfast was much better than other comparable hotels.

Staff could have been more attentive to open garbage area doors. An early morning storm caused them to start banging. We were awakened, even on the fourth floor.

Great Breakfast. The little convenience store was perfect. You could buy snacks, beverages and drinks for adults. We would definently stay here again!

Everthing was perfect!

The room was large and clean. The bed including the sofa bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was big and lightning was good. The breakfast was very good. The staff was very accommodating and nice. The hotel is on the east side of Tucson away from the city, so if you stay there and you’re traveling from the west, be sure to eat dinner prior to your arrival. The only restaurant’s in the area are Subway and Burger King and they close early.

This hotel was EXTREMELY clean!! I mean, flawless. Super friendly staff and free parking. Hotel room was really big also.

The pillows went very flat and the location is kind of in the middle of nowhere.

I enjoyed the kind staff and the Cleanliness of the facility.

In the middle of my stairs, the toilet mechanism broke and I was transferred to a new room… Unfortunately the new room was of lower quality than the first room I was in. The first room had a walk-in shower while the second room had a tub shower that was much less comfortable with lower water pressure. This was my only frustration.
