We had an overnight stay on our road trip. Easy access to the highway. Reception was very nice man who gave us a nice room near the lobby due to my mobility issues. Room was very clean, nice, very comfortable beds, large bathroom. Breakfast was good with hot food choices of sausage, eggs, hash brown patties, biscuits and gravy. Also a waffle maker. Plus the standard juice, cereal, yogurt, coffee. Check out and check in were easy. Only thing I'd recommend to improve was the crazy password to their internet, and have it printed out to take along instead of photo on phone. I had to go to the lobby for him to input due to the 1 or is it l? 0 or is it O?

As mentioned above password to the internet could be improved. Otherwise everything was excellent.

Decor was nice. Everything was clean. Convenient to highway.

The pet agreement I signed was not legible. The desk clerk mentioned it was that way when she started working there. I thought that was a poor answer. She was kind, but not very welcoming—did not make eye contact. The on-line check in I was asked to complete via email was outdated in that it stated no pets were allowed. I called the hotel and a kind gentleman, Shive, explained pets were welcome. The towels were thin and worn.

Right off the freeway, easy to get to. Business center allowed for a little work to be completed at the location. Parking lot accommodated my truck and small utility trailer. Room was clean and quiet.

Two burnt out light bulbs in the room, I didn't call front desk as I worked around them. Breakfast could us a little work, eggs and sausage were somewhat burnt and or dried out but there were waffles and that's always a crowd pleaser.

Cassidy the evening young lady and another lady ( I didn’t get her name ) where so nice and friendly also the room service ladies (didn’t get there names either) so helpful, we had a very large group of Family and friends, staff was very accommodating, last the beds we comfortably compared to other hotels I have stayed at. If we are back in the areas we wound consider staying again.

The hotel lobby was updated nicely, rooms where slightly dated could us a good update. Had to ask to have the rooms services 3 day stay. Breakfast maybe have different eggs the power/ boxed are not a good touch.

Evening manager was super friendly and efficient. Room was good, furniture good, etc

Breakfast was a disappointment. No one was actively watching to see if items were running out. Example: customers had to go to front desk to ask for main breakfast items such as eggs and bread. Even ran out of cream for coffee. someone should be dedicated to watch the breakfast until it’s over. We heard numerous people complaining about it. We are reconsidering staying again

The breakfast was very good! The coffee maker could have a little more choices but I am a coffee snob, sort of. The staff was friendly and efficient.

The air conditioner worked well as far as temperature control but was very noisy when it came "back on" during the energy saving cycle. The first night I thought someone had pulled up in a very large noisy truck and was just sitting there. LOL I was there from Wed night until Sat morning. It was very quiet in my area until Thursday night and and then there were slamming doors, and thumps from close rooms.

Allison at the front desk at check-in was exceptionally helpful and actually cared about wanting me to be pleased and have evertything i need. Informative about the breakfast, got me moved to a room i wanted.. warm, friendly helpful, not "reading from a script polite". Strong hot shower.carpets and drapes were clean. Good bed. Bathroom clean.

No issues. Some people may be off-put by freeway proximity

Baymont was located behind the busy street and quietly tucked away about a block down a driveway. I had the best night's sleep that I have had in a long time. There was absolutely no outside or inside noise to cause disturbances! But what I really enjoyed was the comfortable king size bed. I slept better than I have in months. I was even able to sleep in later in the morning! We ate breakfast before we left the hotel. It was easily found at the front of the lobby. The food was warm/hot and very plentiful. There was a variety of items to choose from. I will definitely return to the Baymont in Caddo Valley!

Greeted immediately upon arrival by friendly front desk staff. Rooms weren't originally close together, but she made the change without any problems. Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was excellent, and shower was very nice. Multiple outlets for internet connection. Quiet. Breakfast choices were like a restaurant in scope! Staff upon checkout was also very pleasant.

Nothing to dislike about this inn and location.
