Cassidy the evening young lady and another lady ( I didn’t get her name ) where so nice and friendly also the room service ladies (didn’t get there names either) so helpful, we had a very large group of Family and friends, staff was very accommodating, last the beds we comfortably compared to other hotels I have stayed at. If we are back in the areas we wound consider staying again.

The hotel lobby was updated nicely, rooms where slightly dated could us a good update. Had to ask to have the rooms services 3 day stay. Breakfast maybe have different eggs the power/ boxed are not a good touch.

The breakfast was very good! The coffee maker could have a little more choices but I am a coffee snob, sort of. The staff was friendly and efficient.

The air conditioner worked well as far as temperature control but was very noisy when it came "back on" during the energy saving cycle. The first night I thought someone had pulled up in a very large noisy truck and was just sitting there. LOL I was there from Wed night until Sat morning. It was very quiet in my area until Thursday night and and then there were slamming doors, and thumps from close rooms.

Baymont was located behind the busy street and quietly tucked away about a block down a driveway. I had the best night's sleep that I have had in a long time. There was absolutely no outside or inside noise to cause disturbances! But what I really enjoyed was the comfortable king size bed. I slept better than I have in months. I was even able to sleep in later in the morning! We ate breakfast before we left the hotel. It was easily found at the front of the lobby. The food was warm/hot and very plentiful. There was a variety of items to choose from. I will definitely return to the Baymont in Caddo Valley!

It was nice. Breakfast was good but not great. Pool was nice and open early in the morning. Stairs was at the front desk so I used them instead of waiting for the elevator.

Front desk clerk was supposed tend the desk and serve breakfast. It was very busy with a lot of people eating breakfast at the same time. It wasn't her fault the eggs were overcooked, the sausage and bacon was empty. Waffle batter was empty. Syrup was nearly empty. Orange juice was empty. And there was a line at the front desk. She was doing 2 peoples jobs as well as she could. You need to hire someone to serve breakfast. The refrigerator in my room was so frosted up I couldn't put anything in it.

Convenient, comfortable, and clean. Decent breakfast in the morning. Pretty quiet even with the interstate right next to the property and the lobby being open to the hallways. Air conditioner worked like a champ and bed was very comfortable.

The room showed some wear, particularly in the bathroom, but it was clean! That is most important to me.

Great breakfast. Scrambled eggs were hot. Sausages were hot. Coffee maker, mini frog and microwave in the room was very convenient.

Being close to the highway is good and bad. Makes it easy to find but there is traffic noise. Bring a white noise machine or use an app on your phone. If we ever come through the area and stay here again, I will try to get a room furthest from the highway. We were closest to the highway and I'm a light sleeper....even though I travel with a white noise machine.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Cleanliness was excellent. Stephanie @ front dest upon check in was very helpful, even calling the room to ask if everything was satisfactory. Gentleman on desk at check out also very pleasant. Breakfast choices very good.

Had asked several weeks in advance for the rooms to be close together. Although on the same floor, they were at opposite ends of the hotel.

The property was clean and bright. Outside landscaping pleasant. The lady at the front desk was welcoming and friendly. She made a recommendation of a local restaurant when asked, that turned out to be very good. The room was spacious and clean. Beds were very comfortable and shower excellent. Everything was great!

All staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. They went beyond expectations. The hotels was clean and very inviting. We were happy to be able to use the Business Center to print our some documents. Mexican restaurant Agave on the other side of the street was exceptionally good!
