I was pleasantly surprised by this property. The room was clean. Prices were very good and the property seemed well looked after. The staff was very courteous and friendly and seem to care about the guest experience. The free coffee in the lobby was actually pretty good as well. I did not have a vehicle, but there was plenty of parking in the parking lot and it was well lit. This property did not feel unsafe at all. I would recommend this hotel to others if they are on a budget or just want a decent place to stay. I would also stay there again.

Easy 20 minute walk to Disneyland. Denny’s nearby for dinner with a 15% discount was good. The bed was comfortable.

Could’ve been a little cleaner. Part of the room where we stored our bag was very dark with no light and hard to see. We had the room on the ground level right near the stairs to level one. On the first night a loud group woke us up talking and laughing going up here. Some signage about quiet hours could be good.

Location and cleanliness. It's just a short walk to downtown Disney and gets you right into Disneyland.

location to Disney was only a short walk away. bed was good enough and good space, especially if all you want is somewhere to sleep and then Disney. Denny’s 2 mins walk and you get a discount. free parking. staff were nice.

bath / shower needs updating. air con a little loud but with the right settings you can sleep. a hair in the bed and still a few around the bath.

Great location to Disneyland., the staff is very nice. They were very accommodating to my need of a downstairs unit! The bed was very comfortable.

The fridge wasn't very cold and thr freezer part wasnt cold at all. I had stuff for thr next day and it was hard to keep the stuff cold or my ice packs frozen and we aren't aloud to take ice into disneyland.. Would have been nice to have more pillows.

I liked how well I slept, the beds are very comfortable.

I disliked how the room smelt like strong bleach in the beginning but we went to target and bought an air freshener so it was fine. The doors also didn’t close all the way, the bathroom door at the top had a gap and the entrance door didn’t close all the way, we’d close it and use both locks and it would still prop open but we put our duffle bags in front of the door so it stayed closed.

I had a bad fall at dennys and ended up in hospital I don't know how I would have managed without the help of the wonderful staff my friend is 87 and didn't know whitch hospital she didn't have phone reception and I could not reach her the staff were so helpful

This is the best Disneyland area hotel I have ever stayed at and I have stayed at a ton of them. Amazing value and location, cool staff and owner that keep the place both clean and safe. Couldn’t ask for a better place to get away from all the stresses of life for a little while 🤗

The room size was perfect, very spacious. I loved the location and staff was friendly.

Not enough amenities such as breakfast offering and I wish the pool hours were longer.

The staff and the location were of the most friendly and helpful you can get. A small 5 minute walk and you're in the gates to disney! For the price, well, well worth it. Will be coming here again.
