I love how close the property is to Disneyland and by entering through Downtown Disney it’s quicker then walking around to the front of the park

The only thing I didn’t like was that the washer and dryer were located in the pool area as we were on a two week holiday I had planned to wash our clothes but as the pool closed at 10 we weren’t able to! This really wasn’t a massive issues you wanted to do laundry before going home!

-I really liked how clean it was. And the bed was surprisingly really comfy. -Super close to Disneyland which is always a plus. We were able to go to Disney in the AM, walk back to the hotel and rest, then go back to Disneyland for the whole night. -I liked how there were also food spots super close and the Dennys that was 24/7 and we got an extra discount for staying at the Alamo Inn. - Lastly, I would like to thank you so much from the bottom of my heart, making us an exception of refunding us 1 night back as we had to cut our vacation short and go back home due to a medical emergency. The whole staff was very friendly and excellent communication, I appreciate it so much. Thank you!

The only thing was the TV remote was tricky to change channels but not the end of the world!

The staff here were wonderful! We arrived early morning, hoping to spend the day at Disneyland, but we had a car and valuables (laptop) we didn't want to leave in the hot car. The staff were more than happy for us to park the car on site (6hrs before check in), and hold onto a bag for us. This meant we had the flexibility and peace of mind to spend the day at Disneyland, knowing our belongings and rental car were looked after. The walk to the theme parks was an easy 15min. The room itself was comfortable, clean, and had all we needed to make our stay enjoyable.

Our room was right by the vending and ice machines, but honestly, even this wasn't a problem for us.

The location was, at best, a decent short walk. Too bad you couldn't cut through the parking lot for Downtown Disney. That would have cut walking and time by nearly half. The cleaning staff I encountered were very sweet and kind. Always greeted it us when we saw them and asked if we needed anything. The room we had was a decent size. It gave our family of four space to get around each other. The size of the mini fridge was more than expected! Thank you!

The dresser drawers were a bit small. It made it a bit challenging to unpack, especially for a long stay.. Some of us lived out of our suitcases. Grateful for the iron and ironing board. The restroom was a decent size. Though we rather liked the sink outside, like in the one bed rooms. It makes it easier to get ready when there are multiple people sharing the room. Maybe a second trash can or a larger one in the main room. Also, our heating kept going out. We had to run the fan only at a high temp to keep the chill out. Especially, since it was colder than expected during our stay. Staff was kind enough to bring a small heater. It was just difficult to find a good safe place for it, amongst our stuff.

Rooms were renovated and very pretty. Spacious room, big bed, good bathroom with beautiful tiles. Bed was AMAZING! Definitely a highlight of the room. Room service was very good. Hotel location is PERFECT. 12 mins to Downtown Disney. One step outside the hotel, you could see California Adventure. Staff is amazing, all of the clerks were very helpful and sweet! I gotta admit it surpassed all of my expectations.

The parking is the single problem we found within the hotel. I don’t think there’s enough parking spaces for every room, also smaller cars use the big spaces then only compact spaces are available. We had a medium size car and sometimes had to stop in a compact spot, we were almost unable to enter. The hotel could make a system to associate a parking spot to a room.

Great Hotel for Disneyland, it is indeed just a short walk to the Disney fun, also with lots of food options close by. Both was ideal for us. The room was spacious and clean. Also the whole area was clean and nicely arragend with flowers and trees. The bed was large and comfy. It was surprisingly quiet, though of course you hear some noises from the street or the parking lot; and we slept well. The room service comes every other day, but you can ask for everything at the reception (even room service), where people are super nice. Parking was easy, too. A plus for us was the drinking fountain and the vending machines with very reasonable prices. Overall, I would highly recommend Alamo for a stay at Disney.

The only negative point was the AC/heater, which was directed at the bed.

We liked the location and closeness to Disney, very easy walking distance! We felt safe walking back at night from the parks. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. Water pressure in the shower is great and the water gets nice and hot. Good value for being so close to Disney.

The first night our heater did not work, but front desk staff was quick to try and fix. Unfortunately the unit still malfunctioned, but they brought us a portable heater and extra blankets so we were still comfortable. The next night we moved to a different room and everything in that room worked great for the rest of our stay!

Extremely close to Disneyland parks, we did 5$ Ubers/lyft daily but you can see one of the hotel parking lots from the front of the property it’s literally across the street. We could’ve walked. Area I feel is pretty well lit. The staff was extremely nice from checking in and checking out. The facilities had everything we needed and it was easy to get Ubers/lyft and food delivery as well. Rooms were cozy. Never really felt unsafe even late at night but my husband was also with me

Being on the ground floor where people can just walk by (which is expected of a motel style property) but even when we first checked in we had to kind of walk up to peoples doors to first discover where exactly our room was because the numbers are very small. When we first arrived our bathroom window was open directly to outside (with a screen) but it was a little complicated to get it shut and locked. The outlets in a king room is a little inconvenient, only ones by the bed is directly behind the bed and you have to unplug the lamps. The fridge and other electronics like the TV were unplugged when we arrived but I assume that’s to save power. Nothing that can’t be changed.

A lovely welcome by the staff on the front desk. Very helpful indeed, easy check in. Only 10 mins walk to Disneyland Parks. They had a deal on with Denny’s next door, 15%off all meals, and it’s open 24 hours a day. The hotel had a lovely swimming pool, very warm and a bonus spa bath, which was very warm, nice relaxing bubble bath for 30 mins and then go again. You can make use of washing and drying clothes, only $2 per machine, great job too, bring some washing machine liquid. The bedroom was really lovely, room 112. Set out well, air conditioning, large fridge and microwave supplied. The bathroom was exceptionally clean as was the room, nice hot water shower. The TV was brilliant, I could even plug my FireTV Club in the TV. Watch A blu ray etc.

Had to arrange for a new fridge as it was noisy, no bother, replaced with a hour. Otherwise nothing else

I appreciated that shortly after I arrived, I received a text from the hotel saying that I could reach out to this number if I had any questions. I actually did need to find a grocery store and they quickly replied back with a great recommendation. I also was able to leave my car a little later in the day, after I had checked out. We really appreciated having a fridge and microwave in our room, so that we can have breakfast in the morning.

There are just a couple minor suggestions that I do think would improve the experience. 1: please provide a soap dish at the sink. The wet bar of soap ends up sticking to the counter and then makes a mess. 2: please add towel hooks or another bar in the bathroom. One bar isn’t quite enough for two people to hang their towels in a way so that they’re dry the next morning.
