The breakfast was decent, with a good selection of food and drinks. It was definitely great for getting the day started before Disneyland. The staff was very super friendly and helpful. The room was nice and big and had everything that you needed. It was comfortable for our visit to Disneyland.

The carpets in the room felt dirty- but that's from guests all walking in and out with their shoes on. Other than that, the room was very clean and comfortable.

Clean property and room, friendly staff. Breakfast every morning was convenient and good.

The beds were a little uncomfortable and made noises when moving around. Pillows were small, and the shower head couldn't be moved, and water pressure was low.

Options for breakfast worked well for us, simple mix of tasty options, yoghurt with toppings, cereals, fresh fruit, and a selection of hot food and drinks. Hospitality and service throughout our stay was great. Not too far to walk to Disney either and can see the fireworks from the hotel...bonus.

The only thing we didn't like was the smoking and smell of Marijuana especially at a family friendly establishment, appreciating that smoking is very common in the US. Would be great have an assigned area for smoking.

Awesome location to the Disney parks. Excellent front desk staff. Breakfast was fine. I appreciated that the menu changed each day.

Great breakfast, clean and awesome location for both Disney and convention center.

Parking was a nightmare way to many cars people were parking illegally and making it impossible to get in and out. Had issues with getting in and out of the gates with paper pass would be better if you had to use your room key. Parking was so bad and I hated not being able to park close to my room assigned parking might be better.

Breakfast was great. Lots of options. The room was clean, comfortable. Location is key. We walk to Disneyland from there. Easy to get to.

The only things that were not as great is the water pressure in the shower and the toilet paper holders. They didn't hold the rolls very well. Easier to just take the rolls off the holders. Although the water pressure was a little low, the temperature was just fine. Oh, one more thing, the Jacuzzi temperature could use some tweaking. One of the jacuzzis was always a little cold, even when the jets were on.

Hot water available at the reception from the machine. Hot drinks available at reception. Great choice of food at breakfast. Helpful staff. Speedy check in. Lofts available if required. Coffee making machine available in the room (I don’t personally like coffee, you can run just water through it, but I can still taste the coffee, that’s why water at reception is perfect) iron. Lovely bathroom. Toiletries available. Had house keeping. Location - short direct walk to Disney.

Expensive for me in GBP. But it’s because of the great location.

The room was large and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The proximity to Disneyland was 10 minute walk and closer than alot of properties. Breakfast was good. My child was sick while I was there and I felt so supported by the staff. It felt like a home away from home. The reception staff were so helpful and I needed an additional clean and new bedding and they happily came straight away. I will be back!!

The pool area was really nice and big. The staff were super nice and very helpful. The rooms are a little dark and not super spacious when you include a cot, but the beds are comfortable and most of our time was spent in the theme parks anyway. With so many places outside the gates to choose from we’re glad we chose this one.

The rooms could use an upgrade to lighter materials to make them feel fresh and clean. (They were clean but dark carpets never make you feel like it.)

This room was well equipped and met our needs. We arrived early to park our vehicle and get an early start to our day at Disney. Despite arriving very early, they were able to check us into our room. This was not an expectation we had, but we were pleasantly surprised with their willingness to do this for us. The breakfast was excellent and gave us a great start to our morning. I will book at this hotel again when in Anaheim without hesitation!

There was nothing I didn't like. Everything was great!
