King suite was large, clean, sitting area, table and two chairs. No view. Small kitchen with sink, fridge, microwave. The bedroom needs a ceiling fan because air-conditioning does not reach that far. Great location. Marina Beach down the street.

Breakfast room to small for size of hotel. Our room was next to laundry. I asked about noise and was told it would be locked from 9 pm to 8 am. However, at 6:30 a.m., someone was using it and woke us up. Let the front desk know, but no one followed up. Next evening, I checked the door and it was unlocked, so I locked it.

The king suite is a great size. We have 2 boys, 3 and 5, both with autism, and its nice to have a large space with a little separation, 2 tvs, a sofa that turns into a bed. Staff is great. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Awesome location with a walmart nearby which is useful because I always forget something like beach towels, sunscreen, etc

Quiet. Good comp breakfast. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Free parking near the entrance made it easy to load and unload luggage. Within walking distance to nearby beach. Restaurants and shopping nearby.

High room cost and added fees , over $300 per night for small king suite. Gave me a handicapped room with sliding bathroom door that was hard to open and close.

We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay. We didn't interact with staff other than a quick check in and check out at the front desk, but we had reason to contact the hotel before our stay and the lady we spoke with was very pleasant, professional, and helpful. Our king suite, though basic, was clean, spacious and quiet. The small couch was comfy with lumbar pillows and combo footstools/coffee table. The bed was also very comfortable with silky soft bedding and plenty of pillows of varying degrees of softness. The bath was stocked with the usual basics, and we had plenty of towels. The windows opened to let in the fresh sea air. Since we were both eating low carb, we did not make much use of the breakfast, although boiled eggs and scrambled eggs with bacon and sausage were available. Pancakes, toast, cereals, yogurt, orange juice, etc. were also available, along with coffee. Restaurants in Marina were pretty basic, but nearby Seaside has many options. All in all, it was a great stay and definitely we would stay there again.

Proximity to beach AND to restaurants. Requested and received a ground-floor room so we could get to the car easily.

Light sources on all night, especially the pilot light for the light switch next to the sink, and the clock on the microwave.

Staff was excellent, free breakfast was filling, nestled away in quiet area...

Water pressure was low in the shower the first day, but it got better...sauna is nice, but how about a pool or hot tub too ? :-D Maybe expand breakfast an hour, esp. on Sundays and holidaze.

Excellent shower. Four very good pillows. I say this because over the last twi weeks we stayed at 5 Hilton hotels and none had pillows as good.

I would have preferred the sink to be in the bathroom rather than in the bedroom.

Convenient location from Cal State Monterey Bay. The room was very clean; beds were comfortable; offered breakfast was just enough to start our day; the staff was very friendly and helpful.

It was nice and clean. Great location.

The shower doors did not both move so you had to go all the way in to turn the shower on and immediately got wet. It caused water to come outside of the shower as well.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating.

The breakfast needs to be better. I have gotten used to more of a hot breakfast at most hotels especially at the price range of this one.
