The staff are extremely pleasant and handle their business professionally, even when irrate clients pressure them.

The only complaint I have is that they do not have a free airport shuttle, but that's what Uber is all about.

The office staff are excellent. They made checking in and out smooth. They were great at getting towels or extra pillows. I saw they are remodeling rooms or at least doing construction to update them. It was a nice family friendly enviroment. I like that it wasn't an extended stay. There was plenty of parking they had a decent pool. It was a good value for a budget friendly hotel. As a treat if your room is facing the pool you will be able to see the Sea World fireworks at 10pm every night. I like that they have an elevator. There are many restaurants walking distance. Target & Ralph's minutes away. There is a small fridge in all the rooms and the sheets on the bed look new. I appreciate the rooms being clean everynight. I had no issues at all.

I didn't like that the jacuzzi was green and it was barely warm not hot enough. The layout of the rooms are outdated but it seems they are working on it. I didn't like the outlet by the bed which was connected to the light switch. I would have had a dead cell phone in the morning if I didn't check on my phone at night. It wasn't charging my phone when the lights were off. I had to plug my phone by.the little fridge.. The bathroom sink light was so dim and flickering but if you turn the room lights on everything lights up.

honestly grateful to have found an affordable place to lay my head and shower for the night so that I could view San Diego beaches. of course it wasn’t the greatest.. it was 70 bucks! staff was friendly and helpful. much appreciated! I’m a travel consultant and literally view 5 star resorts constantly with rude staff so I was grateful for a friendly experience. room was quaint, small, and had a few damages but again… 70 bucks, a place to lay my head.. I’m just grateful !

area was sketch but they have a bunch of cameras. don’t leave valuables in your car

The location to all the buses and the convenience in moving around SD without a car was exceptional. The staff were awesome to deal with even though they had so many difficulties they were working through with the local homeless situation.

I really have nothing negative to say about the property, they were really quite accommodating in every way. The wifi was being updated during my stay, which at very few times was a bit annoying but it was fine knowing they were improving the system. Plus, they moved me to another room where I was then able to utilize the wifi without any worries.

Heritage Inn was a great location from the airport and very convenient clean and affordable.I was able to relax in a peaceful and clean place and take a shower after a long day at the airport and on and off planes ,thank you 😊

There was nothing there that was troubling to me.

The location of hotel is perfect. Easy and fast check in. The staff was great. Very nice and friendly. Enjoyed our stay. Will return to hotel when we come back to San Diego. Worth the money spent. Great rate. Not expensive at all.

Nothing really. Got what i paid for.

Size wise room was ok.

No stopper in tub so no bath. No stopper in sink, no microwave. You need to advertise the $50 dollar room deposit for cleanliness up front. View on 2nd floor was excellent however my spouse has severe nerve damage to his legs and back so the stairs were treacherous. Did not discover the elevator until check out time.

A very young guy in his twenties not showing friendliness and support. Very unprofessional. He gave me my change in ones and coins, even dimes and pennies. He kicked me out because I have my baby. My 10 pound puppy was going according to the misinformation of advertising on line. Very disappointing. Very depressing.

It was nice clean n quiet great place rest but watch out for mistreatment n rude attitude from the old Asian lady with glasses she's rude n weird so be careful with staff personal issues towards you...

Staff needs better communication training because one size doesn't fit all bro... 💪🏿

Wanted a low expense stay in San Diego, got exactly that. Had great parking, nice safe lot, clean rooms, clean pools, staff was courteous and understanding. Good location as well, walking distance from restaurants and convivence stores.
