Room was clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast wasn't great but there was enough variety to find something to eat. Great value hotel! We were there to visit Sea World so we did not spend a whole lot of time in the hotel. It is close to a lot of shopping and restaurants, also close to the beach and of course Sea World.

The location is ghetto. Driving into the hotel we were thinking "What have we done?" Turned the corner at the adult store, and then a homeless van parked right across from the hotel. People screaming outside very early in the morning.

Breakfast was great, room was clean, efficient check in process.

Parking was super difficult, most of the staff was nice. There was a moment where the breakfast lounge was full. My wife found a table for her and our baby. A staff member told her the table was needed for larger groups. My wife explained that the rest of the family is serving themselves breakfast. The staff member seemed annoyed by her answer and that we were sitting there. She was annoyed a wife and baby was going to use it and then was still annoyed when she finds out that we actually need to use the whole table because we are all getting breakfast?

The beds and room its self were spacious and clean. I did appreciate the breakfast as well ( was the exact same all 3 days there).

The flow of the shower was really low and the staff wasn’t friendly nor presentable the first day. The location is also a little sketchy with a lot of homeless people in the area and right in front of the location.

Great location for what was needed. Breakfast selection was very good and quiet. Very much enjoyed the shower as it was high pressure and a lot of water came out.

My friend was going to check-in for me and I signed an authorization form but it took 5 phone calls to get it done because the lady on the phone didn’t send it the first 4 times so the 5th time, I stayed on the line until it was done. Parking spaces right next to the rooms were smaller than the spots across the parking lot so cars parked in multiple spots to fit. There was an occasional ant and flies in the room.

I normally don’t leave reviews but there were a few things that I think are important to mention about my stay. The rooms were great, the breakfast was great and most of the staff were great. The room was clean and pretty recently updated and everything worked which was nice. The breakfast was really good. They had a bigger spread than I’ve seen most hotels have recently. My only issue with the whole stay was one of the hotel front desk staff. When I arrived it was too early for check in but I decided to go to the hotel anyway because I know sometimes they may have a room open. Either way I planned to leave my luggage there because I had tickets to an event. When I arrived I told the lady at the front that I wanted to check in if possible but that I totally understand if it’s too early and if nothing was available could I please leave my bags. The lady was rude in response and said “yeah it’s 12:19 so you’re too early for a check in because check in is at 3” I told her it was no problem but could I leave my bags and she was rude and had a bad attitude the whole time. I had a few other interactions with her throughout the stay and she just seemed like she didn’t want to be there. I don’t want anyone to get in trouble or anything like that but spending so much money to stay somewhere and then being met with an attitude with every interaction doesn’t make me want to go back. Again the hotel is really nice and all of the other staff was great. Maybe this lady was having a bad week but that was the only bad part.

There was some construction going on which make it a little difficult for Uber drivers.

The hotel was very close to many shops, restaurants and all tourist attractions. Far from traffic and close to the freeway. The Inn was placed hidden from places so it felt safe and comfortable. The price was reasonable for free parking, 3 nights and free breakfast. Staff was very friendly and quick to anwser any questions. Asked for second floor and was accommodated with just a 20 min wait. Check In and Out was quick and easy. There is a Garage underneath Inn if not parking spots outside. Saw a Security man walking, and I saw cameras so I felt safe once again. There was a fridge, coffee maker and sugar...etc., microwave, hair dryer, clothing iron, TV with 30 channels.

A bit strong on the chlorine smell but I just turned the fan on and it got better. You have to go get your own towels in the front, but wasn't too bad. Breakfast ends super early at 9am in weekdays, personally I wish it was around 10am at least. Saw a few baby roaches but 2-3 only in my 3 night stay.

The room was very clean and spacious - something that really surprised me in a good way! I could also storage the food I bought, thanks to a little fridge and heat it up in a microwave. Outside of the hotel there is an ice machine, something very needed during hot days. For gym freaks there is a one and the back - I used it once and can't say a bad word, it it just small. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

I wasn't quite satisfied with breakfast. So little to choose from - cereals, bagels, some spread and waffles. The majority of it is sweet, which for me wasn't really good to start a day since I prefer savory one. I also felt a bit anxious coming back by evening to my room - the location is in one of the poorest parts of the city and I couldn't help but turning my head every minute or two to see if I'm safe.

Unfortunate, but the place is smack in the sketchiest part of town. Of course we didn’t know that when we booked. If you have a car you can get to everywhere you need. If you’re walking you may want to rethink what you’ll do at night. The trolly is only 10 minutes away but getting there is a scene out of a mad max movie. Daytime is ok. I live in NYC and I was surprised. If you have a car, the accommodations are really great.

Breakfast was grab and go due to breakfast room being closed but the items were still good to eat. Hotel room was spacious and clean. Check in was easy and we always dealt with friendly staff. The surrounding location was not very nice but the parking lot had a security guard who sat outside at night which we appreciated!

The walls were pretty thin. The shower curtain is on a rod that moves in so water ended up getting everywhere around the tub and I had to clean it up every time I showered. We also tried to watch tv and the quality was pretty bad.

Room was clean and modern. Space was good too. Everything in it worked great. Bed was comfy, lots of light, fast wifi, fridge, microwave, all good. Additional parking spaces below the property was nice, covered throughout the day and has more space around the car. Elevator provides easy access to carry stuff from lower level parking to rooms at any level. Breakfast is served from 6 to 10am and it is decent hot breakfsst. Waffle makers, eggs, and sausage patties. Toasts, muffins, bagels. Very good overall.

Parking on ground or 1st level is ridiculously cramped and seems like a dent or scratch is guaranteed on your car if you are unfortunately parked next to someone who doesn't care.
