The hotel has a nice lobby that serves cold water with lemon, cucumber or orange and pineapple. The hotel overall is very clean and the rooms and bathroom are spacious with a couch, desk area and double sinks in the bathroom with a beautiful view of the mountains. The location is great and there’s plenty of parking. The staff were polite and provided us with good recommendations of where to eat in town. Everything is pretty much within walking distance from the hotel. I would stay here again!

The room was large and well appointed. It had updated renovations and extra touches had been included for todays traveler, such as a multitude of outlets in different areas of the room, multiple phone charges provided on the nightstand, reading lights on the headboards, stand-alone shower, etc. The pool area was outstanding with thoughtful touches everywhere. This hotel was a nice surprise, as we were expecting a more dated hotel but found it to be absolutely the opposite. The location seemed to be the best for getting around in Solvang. Front desk guy was superb when he checked us in.

The hotel was located close enough to stores and restaurants where we could walk but didn’t hear any of the traffic on the major road. The room was clean and had a huge amount of storage in the bathroom. To have two separate sinks in the bathroom was a huge treat and came in handy for our family of four. While we didn’t take advantage of the wine dispensers in the lobby, I love that it was available.

We placed a room service order for dessert and it was quite confusing if the order was going to be delivered to our room or if we had to go pick it up. The confirmation email and text both mentioned curbside. I called the restaurant using the phone number provided in the text and email, but it was not working. I had inquired with the front desk via text, but they said we’d have to check with the restaurant. They tried to provide an accurate phone number for the restaurant, but it was the same one I had already tried. My husband finally walked over to the restaurant and our order was just sitting there. Food was delicious though.

Very comfortable room. Shower was amazing. Onsite restaurant was delicious. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Close (walking distance) to almost everything we wanted to do.

Balcony view - parking lot and rear of the hotel - wasn't great, but not a deal breaker. If you want a particular view, speak to the front desk before you book and find out which type of room has it.

Wonderful overall. Tasteful, modern, clean decor. Great location. Lovely pool, great for lounging. Thoughtful details everywhere. Complimentary water. Spacious rooms. Had the king room with pool and Mountain View and really enjoyed it. Great location. Restaurant is good too.

Lumpy pillows. I know it’s rampant now, but Im not a fan of the two sheets covering a blanket . It always gets separated. Needed a floor bath towel and they sent up a rubber mat.

Great location, nice lobby just wish the restaurant and bar were open during our stay. Visually appealing and the rooms were a nice size.

This was a very clean and modern hotel right at the edge of downtown Solvang.

The only disappointment is that the restaurant was closed until June due to remodeling.

tv , not able to get net flex or prime or hula or sling or peacock. I was looking for a specific series show I watch, couldn’t get it or find it. I also don’t understand why , when the hotel is not full, they put you close to people in other rooms whether it’s above you or next to you. We had someone above us walking around in their room back and forth and it sounded like they were stomping around noise wise.

From the moment we stepped into the beautiful lobby we felt at home. Desk staff warmly welcomed us with an early check-in which allowed us to get settled into our thoughtfully decorated room with high end appointments and bedding plus a window that opened! The room was very spacious and the bathroom with the double split sinks, back lit mirrors, yummy robes and unbelievable shower made it very difficult to leave our Solvang oasis. The pool area is lovely too with resort lounge areas, firepits, comfortable pool temp and big jacuzzi ( couple jets weren't working). Thank you Lily and the rest of the amazing staff for everything including the complimentary tasting for two at the Gainey winery! We can't wait to return!!

Fantastic location in the heart of Solvang. Can walk to everything very easily. The hotel is well staffed and very clean. Our room, which had 2 queen beds, was spacious and had nicely appointed bathroom with newer-looking twin vanities, magnifying mirror (though it would be much more useful if it had a stronger magnification), a shower with provided shampoos and body wash, and plenty of shelving. The room also came with thick robes. We also enjoyed the outdoor jacuzzi. The hotel was very accommodating in allowing us to check in early and check out an hour late. There's plenty of parking on site.

We were provided with two free bottled waters in the room, but they were small half-sized bottles. We would have preferred (and expected) two full-sized complimentary bottles for a four-diamond property. The outdoor jacuzzi was a nice (and appreciated!) feature to have here, but it's small and had very weak jets that barely stirred up the water. We feel that the jets need to be serviced.
