Location

The blinds on the windows had broken and missed slats, our room was on the first floor and there was no privacy because of that , and at nights the car was parked in front of the window and the bright light of the headlights lit up the whole room. I don't take into account the little things like a front door gnawed by an animal, a broken kitchen cabinet door and a refrigerator without a handle.

We stayed two night at this hotel and it was ok. It was convenient and we liked it. Everything is easy to reach but it not in the busy touristic center.

The shower head wasn't tight and we needed to fix it - and we weren't the first ones doing this though. Our room was in the first floor even if we preferred a room on ground level. But these rooms seem to be used for stays with pets. The walls were very thin and we had a family with kids running around a lot in the room one level higher causing a lot of noise - but this is not the fault of the hotel.

The atmosphere was cool. The room really made sense and would work well for families. Cleaning staff was on top of their game. Would stay again, very authentic Tahoe vibe.

No hot tub, Jacuzzi, pool or sauna. But that's not something they offer normally. The rates were a bit high because I booked the day before new years eve. So that's on me too. I heard the upstairs people walking a bit more than I would have liked to, but it was New Years Eve, so I assume there was some partying going on. The hotel did great in all the services they offered.

We found the dustbin was not cleaned when we checked in The bathroom was really small The mirror is positioned opposite to the bathroom sink When you switch on the AC, it comes right above your bed (have no clue how it acts like that though the AC unit is away from the bed near the wall) and its difficult to sleep

A full size fridge is pretty nice, we also enjoyed the large-sized mirror right over the kitchen sink. Plenty of dishes, sitting area and nice bathroom.

The mattresses were not very soft, didn’t get a good nights rest. The front desk workers were terrible in sorting out my reservation issues. I accidentally booked the wrong night and I’m still trying to sort it out financially. Receiving very little response from their management team.

Our room had a full refrigerator, dishes, a kitchen sink, a microwave, and a toaster. The rooms were clean and the people running it were polite. I believe it is a family run business.

We saw on the map that the beach was within walking distance, but it's a private beach and this place does not pay to be part of their association, so we would have had to pay $95 to go to the beach near the hotel. We drove to the free beach. It would be nice if they joined the association so that they offered some competitive perk to the hotels nearby.

Good location, short walk to town. Our room was spotless clean, very comfortable bed and linens. A great spa tub!

Our room appeared not finished with renovation. A table and closet were unfinished wood. The shower faucet was loose and not working. We traveled with my sister and she has a room upstairs which was upstairs, completely finished, and very nice.

We loved everything around great location,the room was very clean and neat conftable place will give it a 10 but we didn't have a stove that's something we was looking forward to safe money going out to eat but everything else was great, we will come back for sure🥰4-1/2🌟

The thing I liked about the stay is their manager Mitch. He took care of us very well, he was responsive and helped with us with every question we had. One night it was late in the night and i had to call him for assistance and he was kind enough to guide me with great patience. Thanks to Mitch for the hospitality. The location is perfect and is at the heart of all activities.

Finally Finally!!! they finally got a snow plow machine!! last year I stayed here, they didn’t have one and the city took forever to come shove the snow out of the drive way!!! I even have to go out to shovel the snow with the employees and wouldn’t be able to go out till 12. It was a horrible experience, but this year they had a snow plow thing and that made it so much easier to wake up to a driveway that is ready. So much more convient!

I did not like the parking, it is extremely small and confusing, they should have signs stating where we can park. I get irritated because sometimes the parking is taken up by people who don’t even stay at the hotel. It was very annoying to deal with a small parking lot.
