We booked the queen bed but the owner gave us a king instead at the same price. The room itself was really great with all amenities like microwave, refrigerator, heater, TV and a comfy bed. Wifi didn't work in our case, but overall we enjoyed our stay. Parking is okay not that big but because of the snow it looks congested otherwise it would have been good enough I believe. The owner was friendly and helpful.

I guess the only issue we saw is weak wifi but I don't blame it because the internet can be bad in severe weather so I hope it works. I would take it as a benefit of the doubt :)

Although my friends apparently did not like the hotel I thought it was a great place to stay. Small town charm and very comfy. It was clean and the hostess always made sure we had everything we needed. I will definitely go back. Also it was super quiet. They offered us beach passes as well which it A $25 value

Honestly theres nothing to say here. For the price it was above and beyond

The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful. They give the impression that they do everything for their guests. They even stopped a family who damaged our rental car with their electric scooter from escaping, saving us a lot of trouble👍🏻. Thank you so much for being such Great Hosts!

Wonderful host, very helpful and knowledgeable about the surroundings. Fixed us some coffee every morning. Room was very cozy, very good wifi, huge smart tv, fridge, microwave. Location is right in the center but very quiet nonetheless.

Bath towels are getting old but I always carry my own anyway, so it wasn't an issue. Bed too soft.

Very clean and home feel to the room. Reception was friendly and to the point. No hassles. Everything we needed for a one night stay. Will visit again in the future. Heater worked great.

Bed was definitely a little too soft but not the worst of things. Also, I dont think the AC worked, but it's cool enough out there to just open up a window of it gets too hot.

Mei is super nice and very hiker friendly. She let me store my travel luggage there while I was hiking. Great place!

Everything I needed was there. The location is tremendous being located right across the street from heavenly village.

The hotel was nice the owner was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure you have everything needed. However at check out we got charged $70 for spilling hot coco on the sheets and she made us take the sheets home... I mean its just hot coco not body fluids...

Location is great, the staff is very friendly, good towels and they have smart tvs and cable. Which it was better than some more expensive hotels I’ve been before.

The room was dark and kind of old. Some mold in the bathroom.

Room was very small especially for 2 people. It would be nice if there was a luggage rack available.

great value for money. owner/manager was very helpful and gave my son and I a free upgrade and made us coffee in the morning

there was only one thin blanket on the bed. another couple of blankets would have been great.
