The decor was not only cabin-like, it was in great shape and looked new. The pool area is the best I've seen with tons of chaise lounges in great shape. One of the best features of this property is actually staff members Jessica and Boras. Jessica was born to be in hospitality - always going over and above and exceeding expectations. I think because of her working relationship with maintenance man Boras, he came in on his day off to fix our faucet which was brand new but installed incorrectly. This property is well staffed and it is taken care of, which has been hard to find. Loved it and will definitely return.

As mentioned above, the faucet didn't work properly. Thankfully Boras was able to do a temporary fix, but you had to let the water run in the cold position for a couple of minutes in order for it to be cold, or even cool. It was really hot. The only other thing worth mentioning is their midweek front desk clerk - I don't know her name, but while not impolite, everything was "I can't guarantee" and she never smiled, just did the basic job. Could learn a lot from Jessica!

Great property in a great location

They could have told us when we checked in about the beach voucher instead of us having to ask for it. We got to the lakeside beach and lugged a large wagon of stuff when they told us we had to acquire it from our hotel… we didn’t want to walk back, So what should have been 10 bucks was really 60 and was alittle mad that they didn’t even ask us when we checked in if we were going to the lake

I wasn’t able to get an early check in because they had no vacancy the night before, however they told me I could use the pool and all the amenities, they gave me a voucher for the private beach they have access to and really welcomed me. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I think I want to make this an annual visit for my family and I. Really close to everything and within walking distance to the casino and the beach. We had such a great experience.

Maybe a microwave in the room, however there is one in the lobby for people to use.

Very comfortable room, mattress and linens. The balcony was nice. Quiet at night, esp given the proximity to Stateline. Nearest beach is private and not dog-friendly. Nevada State beach is closest dog-friendly beach but Kiva beach is better. Staff @ 3 Peaks were all v helpful and friendly. I like that they don’t offer housekeeping during your stay unless requested, but they also made it easy to dispose of trash/request fresh towels. Pool and hot tub were perfect.

Room keys seem to have to be switched daily, which is not uncommon in Tahoe but I wish they would just let guests know! They really should bearproof their dumpsters since there are bears who live on the property.

Walking distance to the beach, our room was clean and spacious, even though the temperature outside was dropping very low during night the room was still warm without turning the AC on. Dogs are more than welcome here :) Beds were super comfortable!

It’s not something we didn’t like, but it would be useful to place a microwave in the room (there’s one available in the check-in area)

The quality of stay depended on the room. The first night we were in 2nd floor room but light was lacking outside of room so going up and down stairs was kind of hard at night. We changed rooms to another part of resort for exact cost. Much better lighting outside and room actually had a microwave while the other one did not.

Need to update outside lights all around property as well as provide a microwave in every room.

The bathroom was very spacious. The kitchen and living room was great. I loved that the couch turned into a pull out sleeper bed. My room was just like a one bedroom apartment.

Maybe because it was the summer but the kitchen and living room can get really hot and stiff even with the fan on. I would have to crack open the back patio door and the front door just to get a little circulation.

Good vibe, friendly/helpful staff, love how pet friendly it is. Super close to the beach, casinos, and gondola whic is great!

Even just a simple continental breakfast would have been nice. Bagels and cereal or something. Also, it sounded like the people above us were bowling (I’m sure they were just walking around) so if I ever stay there again, it’ll have to be on the top floor.

location! it’s only 7mins walk to the Gondola. The outdoor hot tub is spacious. Staff is nice, and there’s tea/coffee, microwave and toaster in the lobby. Overall, very good value for the price.

the property could use some enhancement on the AC/heater. it’s kinda loud at night. Also I was told that there’s no shoveling tools that I can borrow, luckily the snow melt and we didn’t need one for the car.

The location of the hotel, close to the beach. The room was quite spacious and clean, with a good A/C, Smart TV and comfy beds. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I wish I could have stayed more days there

The pool and Jacuzzi were full of leaves and seeds from nearby trees. Perhaps there should be someone cleaning up on a regular basis.
