It was a great view of the river. Good location for walking to town. Close to everything. Staff was friendly and helpful. Quiet. Pool was nice. Restaurant was good and convenient at times. Really enjoyed our stay.

Price may have been a little high. Some parts of the hotel seamed dated. Our balcony was in need of a painting. I will say they did have a note saying that a contractor would be painting soon.

Location right by the river - nice to have morning strolls, easy to walk to the town center where all the shops/restaurants are clustered. The hotel is beautiful and the room was comfortable.

It's a bit expensive for the value. With the hotel room rate, we think parking should be included but parking fee was extra. We ate breakfast at the restaurant. The restaurant staff were not that attentive (front desk staff was okay).

Location near town and next to river and bike path. Nice building and rooms.

Seems like Colorado didn't get the memo that Covid is not a serious threat anymore. It's time to stop using covid as an excuse not to clean the rooms daily. Out of the 20 hotels I've stayed in the last 3 months, it's been this hotel and one other Colorado hotel still blaming covid for decreased service.

Clean property even with many dogs and people. Staff accommodating in every way and very helpful - after a struggle to get to Durango through snow storms and detours the staff was so comforting and everything worked out very well. Pets are welcomed here and so are people. We have stayed at the Durango Double Tree for many years during our travels to Durango for business and pleasure.

Double Tree is very consistent from one town to another. From one state to another. I appreciate that. I always know what i am going to get.

The access to this site is not easy and Google maps routes the wrong direction, but i suspect that was the Durango Planning department that screwed this up, not anyone employed by the Doubletree hotel design, and architecture team.

Breakfast did not know about it. The location was perfect for the room that we had open the curtains and the river was there.walked out the glass door river 30 feet there just beautiful and relaxing will be back thank you

Breakfast was not included but did have breakfast at hotel. It was very good.

O don't like getting so many emails asking for a review or confirming my reservation. Who wants to write a review? So I did now stop emailing me! The reputation of the Doubletree was not helped by the Durango Doubletree. It is showing its age.

The breakfast meal plan was such a good deal and the staff were so friendly. Loved the warm cookies and Beer BINGO night! But the BEST part was the river, mountain, bridge view from Room 218.

Our sliding closet doors kept coming off track which was aggravating. Also our tub didn't drain properly.

billing was inaccurate and had to be amended tipping for breakfast even although below the included rate of $20 was charged as extra no daily housekeeping limited breakfast offering expensive at £200 + per night

I had room service breakfast, and the staff people who delivered it were very nice. The room had both a refrigerator and microwave, which were greatly appreciated.

The room service breakfast came in a paper box, and twice there was no plate included, which meant eating my eggs and sausage out of a box.
