Loved everything about it! Right across the street from Carnival Cruise, perfect for flying in, get a Uber to the hotel, the next morning walk across the street and you’re there.

Clean property, good breakfast with decent options, proximity to cruise port was close, nice pool for the kids, but above all, Tim, the maintenance technician was the best part of our experience. He took the time to tell us about a shuttle launch happening that night, which my 8 year old son was excited to see, so we stayed up to watch. We befriended Tim and talked for a long time. He was extremely kind, well spoken, knowledgeable and took the time with the customers to make our experience one we will never forget. The hotel is located in such a spot that we had a great view of the rocket launch. All in all I highly recommend this hotel, and maybe you'll be lucky enough to meet Tim.

Price was a little high in my opinion, especially for one night.

This hotel is very clean. We loved that it was literally across the street from cruise terminal 3 (carnival mardi gras) —we walked over to the boat.

really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, very clean and comfortable, good facilities too, great seeing our cruise ship in the morning when we woke up, plus point, breakfast was exceptional, I especially loved the warm cinnamnon buns, they were delicious, we jhad a wak to the beach too which was about a 10 minute walk but the beach was awesome and would definately consider staying here for a few days next time, the experience here was one we all enjoyed

The location was very nice. The beds were comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was a disappointment! The price was way too high!

The breakfast was not a good experience. It was overcrowded and the food kept running out, we had to keep waiting for the coffee to be filled, the food to arrive, then the next item was out. Tables were not cleaned; the floor was messy. In short, you are understaffed for breakfast and not planned well. In order to lessen the crowding situation, you should keep the breakfast open for 30-60 minutes longer allowing those who like to sleep in to get breakfast a bit later and help spread out the crown and keep the servings filled. The price for a room here was really way too high for what was offered, and the lack of a good breakfast plus no complementary shuttle service to airports or cruise lines. For the price more could be provided.

The property was nice and clean.

I can’t really say that I disliked anything in reference to the property. There were two ladies at the desk when my husband and I arrived the younger lady that checked us in I felt like was very rude. She did not greet us when we came in. She gave us our room key and didn’t even tell us which way to go to get to the rooms Didn’t explain the &50 that she was placing on my card. She just asked for my card and didn’t explain what she was doing. I had to ask her what the $50 charge was for and I have yet to get the money back I felt like she was very rude And disrespectful. The older lady was great. She helped us with menus and a map to find our cruise. We had to ask her which way to go to get to our room. The younger ladies customer service was not good at all.

Exceeded my expectations. Large and very clean room. Bed was comfortable with clean and soft linens We stayed here due to proximity to the Victory Casino cruise. 11 minute walk and I’m slow. easy 5 minute drive to canaveral and cocoa beach. Really nice pool area and breakfast was decent with hot options available .

Wish there had been a bar restaurant on site but there was one directly across the parking lot at the resort next door, closes at 8 during the week

Oh everything being close to their Cruise terminal because that's all we got to do but also seeing that is real close to beaches and everything else

I kind of understand why they do it but at the same time I wish you wouldn't have to have a key card to unlock the pool area especially if you're waiting to go on your cruise like if you check out before your cruise you have to have a key card to get in the pool or even get back into the building so I wish they had a way to push the button where you can just exit those into those areas easily there
