Very convenient for shops, restaurant and beach. There were plenty of electrical points in the room and on the headboards of the beds.

For the price paid, I would have expected the room to be serviced daily. I stayed 5 nights and as my bedding had not been refreshed by the 4th night (and when the bed was made, all that happened was that the top covers had been tidied up. Pillows were as I had left them), on the 5th night I slept in the second bed. The bathroom was cleaned, but it was only on the 4th day that my waste bins were emptied.

The beach is only one block away. Nice beach. Some decent restaurants are within walking distance. I like the concept of this hotel with lobby, restaurant, and beach/sports store downstairs. Convenient upfront parking for check-in and short stops. Attached garage. Sports equipment rental store is steps away, and also the Starbucks. I like that these all were connected on the same property. The man who checked us in was helpful and courteous. He explained the hotel amenities, and also offered an area map which he also marked his recommendations on it for us. (Cuban Jim is his nickname)

Nothing to say here. Sure, I like fancy hotels which this is not. But this is still a pretty nice hotel that has a lot to offer for guests staying here.

Location is absolutely the best, main avenue, super close to the beach access, restaurants and supermarket just across the road, restaurant in site, tons of parking, not free but affordable, gift shop and surf/beach shop in site and nearby, nice environment, beautiful facilities, employees absolutely friendly and helpful, 5 stars to the front desk guy that was working on New Years Eve, made my check-in very quick and gave me all the important information making my arrival very welcoming, thank you :)

Pillows are very thin, not comfortable.

This hotel was perfect for our needs, we were out to visit a friend and celebrate his retirement from the military. It was central to everything we needed in the area. Staff were friendly and accommodating and the restaurant in the hotel was great value for money. We received an upgrade to a suite with an atrium view which was lovely and spacious and cleaned on a daily basis. We had a Fridge, coffee making facilities, which were replenished on a daily basis and also a microwave. We wouldn't hesitate to rebook this hotel on our next visit to Cocoa beach.

Could not find any faults with our stay.

It was perfect in every way for a beach trip!! I even had a partial view of the ocean which in Cocoa beach is amazing. Most properties are a block off the beach there because only condos are ocean front.

There was nothing I didn't like. I loved every aspect of the property, it's staff and location. The shopping was awesome too. Anyone going to Cocoa Beach should try this property. You are also given access to the amenities of 4 sister properties which includes access to a lazy river at the Sheraton at the Port.

I felt safe and it wasn’t crowded. I like the key card access to the room hallways for extra security.

The parking garage was very poorly lit at night and I wish there was a key card lock on the parking garage floor garage and key card access to the room floors:

pool area was too small not enough places to sit at pool our room had no window to outside. beds were average

Used this hotel as a base to see the Kennedy Space Centre. Was just great. Room was large and spacious. Was grateful to have a fridge and microwave to prepare some healthy dinner. Lovely partial view of the Atlantic 🥰.

Beware: Aircon fan is quite loud especially at the moments turning on and off so have it off when you sleep. And the beds were a little too soft but otherwise great hotel.

My Husband and I stayed at the "Four Points by Sheraton Cocoa Beach" from January 9 to the 21st 2023. We have traveled to many places, even staying in Cocoa Beach before, but we have never had such amazing service as the people who work at "Four Points by Sheraton Cocoa Beach". They were so friendly, and ready to help us any way they could. We were treated as family not as just a guest. They made our trip special. We have told as many of our Family and Friends what a great experience we had, and will be booking a room there for our next trip to Cocoa Beach. They are located so you don't need a vehicle to get around everything you need is close by. Thank you "Four Points Sheraton Cocoa Beach" for such a wonderful and comfortable trip!!

My room was very spacious and had plenty of towels and it was very clean up on entering. The front desk attendant Jasmine was very nice and professional. It was located near the beach and other places such as grocery stores and restaurants and fast food.

The mattress on the bed was a little harder than expected but I slept ok
