Short walk to beach and town

Booking advertised 2 passes each day to water park and pool. Only one would be available each day or we could purchase a 2nd one. Without the additional pass, the pool would only be available before 9am and/or after 6 pm. It was just irritating because the info should have been on their website. Look

My family and I stayed in a 2bd apartment which was really spacious. The kitchen was equipped with pretty much everything you need (cups,plates,sliver ware, pots, utensils) Our balcony view was the water park which was convenient for us that way we could watch our older kids.

We had minor issues like our remote wasn’t working to the tv and the sink was clogged and the trash disposal wasn’t working but the front desk was very kind and helped us. The water park doesn’t have towels which I found odd. Also keep in mind the water park isn’t exclusive to your hotel, it’s open to the public and not included with your stay. They do give you some passes depending on the room you stay in. Which would’ve been nice to know before hand.

Location. Staff was amazing on point and very pleasant.

Elevators took to long no ventilation in them. Rooms could be a lot cleaner and more up kept. They could leave simple cleaning supplies, small vacuum, brooms. I through away every sock my girls took on the trip.

Splash park. Comfortable beds. Great staff. Clean room. Within walking distance to several restaurants. Nice 1 bedroom apartment.

The water never got hot enough. We had to run the water for 10 minutes before we felt the water getting warmer, which never got hot.

Our room was nice, the unit was in the corner over looking the water park, just above the kiddie portion. We loved the Splash Park, we ended up staying 2 nights to take advantage of the Splash Park hours (due to such a late check-in). Rooms were nice, we ended up also getting conjoining room.

The furniture could use an upgrade, liked the bench dining table, we sat here alot. Loved that we had the option to re-enter the Splash Park. One suggestion regarding the Splash Park was to have a seperate line at the Splash Park ticketing for those that are actually staying at the resort.

The location is AMAZING. Walking distance to everything pretty much, even the beach was only 2 blocks away. Jimmy Guanas which is connected to the Holiday Inn just over a tiny walkway was super easy and good food. They also had live music every night! The room size and amenities were great. Service was great. Things we needed were delivered to our room within an hour or less and texting to request things was great. The water park was great and very very clean. We saw a guy out there in the pool every morning by 7am cleaning it. Overall I would stay again and the location can’t be beat.

The room could have been cleaner. If we walked with socks on the living room/kitchen floor they were black after walking back and forth a few times. Bathroom floor was gross and everything was super dusty. I wasn’t a fan of how they constantly asked you to join their seminar and a girl left a message that was very misleading to get me to call her back. I also don’t understand why hotels now just decided to stop cleaning rooms daily. I get it was because of Covid before but I wish the rooms would be cleaned/beds made daily like in the “old days”.

beautiful view of pool and harbor, sunrise. and a great sunset view from the 4th floor out our back door balcony. very clean. wonderful staff!! we will be back here. When we texted the desk they responded right away!! Brought more coffee and creamer. the room came with dish soap and washer soap.

no stick pan was really old, no spatula, just plastic spoon, making it hard to make great eggs in the morning. it was a bit odd that we had to clean the place, but it was worth saving $75.00. We asked to be near an elevator, since my husband can't walk real far, the elevator by our room was broken, such a bummer!!

Lots of space for my family, close to beach in a nice slow paced part of the area. Lots of great restaurants to walk to.

Needs a deep clean, some touch up paint, caulking, and overall minor repairs. Someone needs to view the rooms and common areas as a customer. Slow very hot elevator. There’s rust and peeling paint in master bath, etc. Poorly done interior paint jobs. Room was listed as a harbor or sea view, which I thought meant would mean we’d be on the side where we saw only the harbor. Apparently it just meant we would see it over the water park. Weird way to list that. Water park is super loud, which is fine during day, but you hear the water all night, too. AC in bedroom whined really loud, so we turned it off every night to sleep. Parking rules are really weird. Why not provide overflow parking at the water park? That lot stayed mostly empty.

The location was fantastic, it’s about a 5 minute walk to the beach. The suites are extremely convenient for long stays, staff was very friendly from management, front desk, to the maintenance staff all friendly. And the units were relatively clean soon arrival.

There were inconsistencies with some of the staff members. They charge to have cleaning services requested, so by the end of our week long stay our floors were so dirty and we had to go down to the lobby to request items we ran out of. Just not that convenient. They didn’t go over checkout so make sure you read the “welcome packet” to avoid charges. They also didn’t go over how to checkout when you have to leave super early and the lobby isn’t open.

The staff was so nice and accommodating. The room was clean, comfortable, spacious, large bathroom, and the air conditioning worked great. We loved the location and the 5th floor deck with beautiful views of the ocean and river. Short walk to the white sandy beach with nice shops, restaurants, and sweet shops in between.

Wasn't completely clear about the water park / pool area. The site should be more clear that only 1 or 2 daily passes are complementary per room / day depending on room type 30$ per person daily. The ceiling fan did not work and the lighting was sparse. Carpet was a bit off putting but looked clean and wasn't smelly like most carpeted rooms.
