The room we had lead straight to the pool, it also had a great shower. As for the pool, the atmosphere and service was great. All public areas and the room were clean. Food and drinks were good. The staff were very friendly.

It did seem a little pricey for just the room. There was the additional resort fee that should have been included in my opinion. The beds were a little stiff. As for the pool, the chairs were uncomfortable, cushions on the hind side would have been nice.

Superbly building and decor. friendly welcome. lovely pool and additional facilities such as the gym. outdoor shower was awesome. Nice to have a coffee shop and multiple restaurants on site - depending on the time of day there was an option to grab something and boat/fish/people watch at the marina

nothing really - I suppose a little bit of beach access would be a nice addition - but not something common in the keys. A tad closer to key west downtown would be beneficial - but the free shuttle helped with this and we only went into town once anyways.

We loved EVERY SINGLE THING about this hotel! The staff, location, rooms, price, grounds, etc....we're all perfect. We have absolutely zero complaints! Most comfortable beds & pillows in any hotel we've ever stayed at (and we've stayed at alot!). We were first timers in The Keys... When we booked & before we arrived, we did question our decision to stay on Stock Island instead of Key West. But, after going into Key West, we knew we made the right decision with The Perry. The drive is a breeze. The hotel offers a shuttle service to Duval every 30 min or so. We didn't utilize it, as we had our own vehicle, but we were definitely glad it was an option. While we didn't travel with our kids, we did see alot of kids, having the time if their lives in the pools & on the grounds.. The hotel is very accommodating to both couples and families. While it was our first time visiting The Keys & The Perry, it definitely won't be our last! We be back and we will stay here again. We would absolutely recommend The Perry Hotel to anyone.

If I HAD to put something, I'd say the walk to the car, simply because it was hot. Lol And obviously thats by no fault of the hotel! (And the parking lot is NOT far by any means!) There wasn't anything we didn't like about this hotel or our stay.

Loved the Aesthetics and set up. Beautiful location, very relaxing watching the boats coming and going. Our room sat right over the pool with a lovely balcony. Beds were very comfortable as well. Sarah at the front desk was amazing! Johnny the concierge was also on point and very helpful. Having the shuttle bus was so convenient and a huge money saver 💰 Definitely will stay here again...2 pools, 2 restaurants, general store and coffee shop for your convenience! Lovely hotel 😎

The water pressure in the hotel for 90% of our showers was terrible Would have loved a microwave, this was the only room out of 3 hotels we stayed in that didnt provide one.. There was a misunderstanding on our dismissal date and it caused some inconvenience on our part but Chris made it up to us with so.e champagne and fruit in our room. That was very curtious and kind!!

Small but really nice room (especially if you go with a marina or pool facing room). Clean, friendly, down to earth with no frills. Loved that the dolphin tour left from the hotel marina.

Even though we knew the location and thought we’d be on with it, it ended being quite annoying every night to go inti key west. Also, quite some locals (American citizens) taking over the pool, which is really small. When 20 adults are in the pool drinking it ends up being not that ideal for kids.

Would like lounge chairs on balcony in rooms. Lounge chairs around pool need replacing. Very uncomfortable. Snack bars need better food and selections. No one carries diet drinks? More selection of salads would help.

Johnny the concierge was fabulous...he found us places to eat...got us a great deal with a golf cart...booked in room massages....ordered roses...booked a private fishing charter right at the hotel and made the birthday celebration perfect. The front desk was sooo accommodating with delivering lunches and dinner....the restaurant in the lobby was very nice as well with making sure the fish that was caught was cooked to perfection. We will definitely be back again!

I liked the upscale look and feel of the place. Having a free shuttle to downtown was great. The restaraunt was very good. Pet friendly with a dog park and plenty of other grassy areas to walk the dog.

I had a king bed room and expected a sofa but there was an odd chair and a very large round coffee table. The bathroom floor and the shelf above the sink didn't appear to be cleaned very well.

Beautiful, modern property on Stock Island w/ a great view of a marina; just a 5-10 minute drive from downtown Key West. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable, small coffee pot & refrigerator in room- no microwave. Try to get the marina view. Also,take advantage of the free shuttle to town- it’s $4/hr to park down there if you can even find a spot. Staff was welcoming & attentive ( & we checked in right before a Tropical Storm!). The pool was beautiful but did get a little crowded. Matt’s the restaurant downstairs serves breakfast, lunch & dinner (all delicious) but you are going to pay-you’re in Key West. The bar outside also serves food but we didn’t try it. The bar in the lobby area was nice. Gym was small but well equipped. They have bicycles, scooters & jet skis to rent & golf carts for rent next door. Get a golf cart, it’s SO worth it!! Check out KOKO fishing charters right out of the marina, they did us right! Nice, quiet & relaxing spot to come back to after a busy day. We would definitely go back!
