The location was excellent. The staff were really nice, Jenna at front desk received us and treated us well. The continental breakfast was a nice surprise. The patio overlooking ocean drive was great to have. The pool area was lovely and views over the park and ocean drive from that vantage point was really cool. Getting a glass of champagne on arrival in the evening from Jenna added a special touch to the stay. Overall, a great stay was had.

The Valet service needs to be improved. But seems to have gotten better after a complaint. Once that is corrected stay would be superb.

William and all the staff people are very nice and helpful, very smiley and willing to give you any information you might need during your stay. The hotel is perfectly located on ocean drive and just one min walk from the beach, restaurants, coffees, bars and the famous Miami Beach picturing place. Beautiful view from the rooftop pool and well decorated. They give you beach towels if you need it and the chairs as well you can carry on the back. There is a balcony at the lobby room too. The apartment/room we had was very clean and with the necessary amenities.

The hotel is well located on ocean drive which is a famous avenue so do expect some noises as well during the night. The room we had was very dark since the view was on another building, we couldn't really enjoy the balcony.

The location was perfect a little off from the excitement of Ocean Drive street. The room was excellent it was like being in a apartment, 2 bedrooms a living room and a kitchen. The beach was across the street. The pool was great, nice and quiet.

I have don't have any negative thing to say. They are renovating the hotel so there is a lot going on but all was fine.

We were extremely impressed with our experience at this hotel, the staff was friendly and attentive to our needs and the room upgrade was a delightful surprise that made our stay unforgettable. The view from the room was wonderful and we even had a private terrace. This hotel has an excellent location and provides complimentary bicycles for guests to explore more easily and enjoy local attractions. We will definitely return here in the future and highly recommend it to other travelers.

Love the location and roof top pool. The service at the check-in was prompt and clean welcoming and organized.

One elevator and the beach chairs being offered does not include an umbrella. Could not operate TV. They need to get a contract with BBros since it is so close Makes sense to be able to add speciality seating. View was of the inside wall for my price which reduced by $100 the day before my arrival.

The staff were very helpful and nice. Location on South Beach is excellent. We really like the room and it's functional layout. Especially for three people.

Getting used to the entrance on the ground level and having to take an elevator immediately to lobby was a little funky. But that was okay. We also can't wait if we were to go back to the expanded pool deck area on the top floor.

The location and staff were both fantastic. I want to give this hotel a superior review; however, I feel like it is an old apartment building that they are trying to glitz up, but on a cheap budget. I stayed in the one bedroom with a balcony and ocean view. The sofa was too big to fit on any wall other than the one right in front of the sliding door to access the balcony. Improvements were poorly done. For almost $600/night give or take, I thought the improvements would have been done to a higher standard. That said, the staff was very accommodating and friendly (and I slept great every night). My 24 year old son slept on the sofa bed. While the stay was comfortable I don’t think I would book this property again because of the cost. Again, A plus for the staff.

Cheap improvements and high cost relative to value.

We arrived at the Bentley and were not happy with our room it looked onto a neighbouring property under construction Fidel at the front desk was amazing always happy and helpful he upgraded us to the PH5 which exceeded my expectations. Huge terrace and view of the ocean. The two bedroom apartment was well appointed and the housekeeping staff did a very good job. The room was well stocked with extra towels and robes. We were here for 10 days and the little apartment was perfect with kitchen dining and lounge

the pillows were not great lumpy and dacron the coffee maker was single cup with coffee bags the area is a little sketchy with many homeless but close to the beach park and restaurants

Location is perfect, didn’t have to wait on elevator, room was spacious and clean, bed was so comfortable, maid service was great, staff was never ‘in your way’ but when u need them, they are right there helping with your every need, also enjoyed the rooftop pool.

We loved everything.

Staff were very friendly helpful and knowledgeable. Service was exceptional. They had a nice rooftop lounge and pool. The strip is super loud but as this hotel was towards the end of it I think it helped to make it a bit quieter. Check in and out was seamless and they had coffee, cold lemon water and snacks in the lobby. They are right across from the beach and had free bikes available to use as well. Great stay.

It still was a little noisy outside at night but I think as quiet as it could be on a busy strip
