We liked that most of the staff were very friendly ( especially the spanish speaking ones) and when the Ac was too loud in our room without hesitation we were assigned a new suite by noon the same day with a much quieter Ac in the bedroom which allowed for peaceful rest. Thank you for aiding in us having a memorable 5 days as we prepared to return to return to our country after 17 days in the US.

The only think I was not fond of was the smell that came from the couches and the throw cushions. I think previous guests may have slept on them. ( actually I got the same smell from the couches located in the both suites.) Maybe some fabric refreshing spray can be used to eliminate this unpleasant scent.

The hotel is located close to shops and restaurants,which was quite handy if you want to chill in the evening and you don't want to use the car.The breakfast was amazing and coffee all day long,was a perfect location for us and great value for money.

The A/C was turned on in the lobby where we were having breakfast, literally you had to put a jumper on to eat,although outside were 30 degrees...

Room was comfortable and clean. We had nice view overlooking the pool.

When we checked in and ran my credit card it was not the same cost that was on my Booking.com confirmation. When I asked what the additional charge was the person who checked me in did not know. Apparently after asking her supervisor, the additional charge was for 'incidentals'. At check out they did remove that charge and the cost was what my booking.com stated. Maybe they should instruct their staff to be able to explain that or have some kind of explanation on the receipt at check-in. Everything worked out fine.

The breakfast had good variety one could find something to select to their taste/preference. There was an imcident on my first night when the alarm woke us and there was no annoucement/communication to advise what was going on and everyone made their way outside and it was raining. No explanation- was not happy about that it was after midnight.

The room was excellent! It had a really nice size and positioning of things, leaving a lot of free space to move or organize your luggage/packages. Also had a nice TV and amount of channels and a really good table/chair to work/code or do some calls. At the entrance of the room I had a small support bench to sit when putting the shoes on, which was awesome. And, in my room, I had a sofa, which I "automatically" used to sit when doing some phone calls or reading something on my phone. It was a really good couch. The bathroom was really great, with kuddos to the shower head and water pressure. You can change the style of shower you like in a really easy to use manner. The bed was AMAZING. I had some well slept nights there. The hotel staff was also really nice and eager to help.

I thought my hallway was too cold. But I don't think this should be a problem to others.

Nice hotel and friendly staff, checked in very late at around 2 AM and they were waiting for me with my keycard and made things very simple. Nice bathroom and very clean. Would definitely stay again.

Towards the last 30 minutes of breakfast time there seemed to be barely anything left, perhaps they could make sure that there is enough variety up until the very end of breakfast hours.

The front desk staff that checked us in was very helpful when our first room had a very noisy air conditioner and we asked for a different room. He was quick to help and nice. Also, the breakfast options were decent for a hotel.

The air conditioner was very loud, in both of our rooms. It made for an uncomfortable night's sleep.

The hotel was really nice and clean. I payed for a room for 5 people but I got a suite with just two beds (one king bed and a sofa bed) so the lady at the reception provided us an extra bed. All personel (specially Rose from the night shift) was really nice and courteous.

The sofa bed was really uncomfortable.

Breakfast was really great! and the staff was beyond helpful and nice. The room was comfortable and the bed and pillows were very soft.

We stayed for 4 nights and we were told that cleaning service was elegible from 5 nights and on. So we had to make our bed and take out the trash ourselves for our whole stay there. There was no option for us to request the cleaning service either.

Nice room. Comfy bed. Spacious bathroom. Free parking outside the hotel. Easy access to Dolphin Mall by car. 20 minutes drive to the airport. Wifi was working well.

Really american breakfast, lacked healthy options exept for the day they served outmeal.
