The breakfast was excellent, it was different every day. I also like the size of the room, big enough for my family and the pool was very nice too. The location was excellent

The night staff was rude sometimes, didn't look to your face while speaking, the bed sheets felt kind of old and used. We had to call the to unclog the bathtub, after that it worked well

Location is close to major attractions like Disney Word, Universal Studio. Room is spacious with Sofa bed available. Facilities Looks new. Breakfast is very good. Always have parking space available. Good value for money.

The AC sound is a bit too noisy. Fan in bathroom is not strong enough so lots of steam after showers.

We are granted an early check in as our plane arrived early in the morning and we're invited to the breakfast. After 6 hours flight this was a gift. We can use shuttle for Universal for two days. Room was specious for our family of four. Breakfast was joyful with Mickey Mouse waffle maker for the kids.

modern, clean, facilities

we had some issues with having the room cleaned. you would expect to have your room clean and organized when you come back from a long day, was not the case. I had to ask several times to have our room cleaned.

Mainly the location. Close to outlets and parks as well. The staff really nice. I would like to highlight the superb attention from Michael and Ricky, they were really amazing attending our request and making our stay really pleasant.

The breakfast. It was good but I believe could have available some healthier foods. Also it gets really crowds and uncomfortable sometimes.

Great location! We could walk to the Vineland outlet mall,and restaurants.10 minutes to Aquatica. There were 5 of us and we had a good amount of space. ac wasn’t as cold as I’d like but we weren’t in room a lot.

Only complaint was the ac said 70,but it clearly wasn’t that cool.At home I keep it at 76 and it didn’t seem that cool.We know it was super hot outside and managed,but any warmer would’ve been a problem.

I loved that everything was close by and walking distance.

We asked for our room to get cleaned and we waited for someone to show up because we had our dogs and didn’t want them alone with the person that cleans the room and no one never showed. We stayed 4 days and no one came to clean our room. We had to ask for extra towels and toilet paper.

The staff were friendly and I liked receiving the.responsive texts throughout the stay.

We have small kids and one of which probably pressed the emergency call late at night. No one responded to that until 7am the next morning and it was and extremely loud bang on the door when we were asleep.

We evacuated from Louisiana for Hurricane Ida and after 16 hours of driving in traffic to get there, Mark, welcomed us with open arms. He asked us how the drive was and was very personable to our situation. We appreciated that very much.

We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights but then found out that the city we live in had no power due to Hurricane Ida so we extended our stay until Saturday (making that 7 nights) and we needed to extend our stay 1 more night. When we asked to do that we were told there was no availability and we would have to make a 2 night reservation. I think after staying 7 nights already they could have extended our stay 1 more night and not make us have to pay for 2 nights. We had no choice so we booked 2 rooms at another hotel. I called the front desk the next morning and another employee extended our 2 rooms 1 more night. We cancelled the other hotel but had to pay for 1 room because that was there cancellation policy.

Breakfast options were good. They had vegetarian options.

They need to have daily room service as we are traveling with kids and bathrooms can become messier. What’s the point in just having alternate day house keeping!
