Mainly the location. Close to outlets and parks as well. The staff really nice. I would like to highlight the superb attention from Michael and Ricky, they were really amazing attending our request and making our stay really pleasant.

The breakfast. It was good but I believe could have available some healthier foods. Also it gets really crowds and uncomfortable sometimes.

Great location! We could walk to the Vineland outlet mall,and restaurants.10 minutes to Aquatica. There were 5 of us and we had a good amount of space. ac wasn’t as cold as I’d like but we weren’t in room a lot.

Only complaint was the ac said 70,but it clearly wasn’t that cool.At home I keep it at 76 and it didn’t seem that cool.We know it was super hot outside and managed,but any warmer would’ve been a problem.

We evacuated from Louisiana for Hurricane Ida and after 16 hours of driving in traffic to get there, Mark, welcomed us with open arms. He asked us how the drive was and was very personable to our situation. We appreciated that very much.

We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights but then found out that the city we live in had no power due to Hurricane Ida so we extended our stay until Saturday (making that 7 nights) and we needed to extend our stay 1 more night. When we asked to do that we were told there was no availability and we would have to make a 2 night reservation. I think after staying 7 nights already they could have extended our stay 1 more night and not make us have to pay for 2 nights. We had no choice so we booked 2 rooms at another hotel. I called the front desk the next morning and another employee extended our 2 rooms 1 more night. We cancelled the other hotel but had to pay for 1 room because that was there cancellation policy.

I loved that everything was close by and walking distance.

We asked for our room to get cleaned and we waited for someone to show up because we had our dogs and didn’t want them alone with the person that cleans the room and no one never showed. We stayed 4 days and no one came to clean our room. We had to ask for extra towels and toilet paper.

The staff were friendly and I liked receiving the.responsive texts throughout the stay.

We have small kids and one of which probably pressed the emergency call late at night. No one responded to that until 7am the next morning and it was and extremely loud bang on the door when we were asleep.

Breakfast was really good and had a lot of variety. The location of the laundry, workout space, and pool were perfect for us too. We really appreciated the kitchen in the room as well. Our kids loved this hotel. We felt safe and it was very clean.

There’s only 3 bath towels per room but that’s easily solved by asking for more. Just strange to have only 3/room.

Facility was clean with modern furnishings. Rooms spacious enough for a family of 6. Bonus for kitchenette in the room. Complimentary hot breakfast with plenty of options. Outdoor pool with patio area to grill. Hotel has a fitness center, free parking, and coin operated laundry facilities. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby.

from the moment we checked in until check out, our experience was amazing! the staff was so friendly, the housekeepers were very sweet, and the hotel was very quiet past 11PM.

There was absolutely NOTHING I didn’t like about this hotel. Everything was up to par.

Room was clean. Front desk staff was Very friendly and kind. Good breakfast options. Barbecues outside. Excellent kitchenette. Safe key entry for doors and elevator. Very comfortably, I didn't want to leave.

All the eggs had cheese at breakfast.

The rooms were clean and location was excellent for Disney and sea world entertainment. Staff was friendly, welcoming and answered questions we had. The only thing that could have been better is towels for the pool. There were none clean outside.
