Lots of stores/restaurants less than 3-5min away, * they dont offer daily room cleaning this trip, so any towels have to get from lobby, last one had to request it day b4. Assuming its season thing. Last trip the security was great no entry from outside unless use room key to enter, or had to go thru fromt lobby, not this trip definitely needs fixed.

**** This time all side doors leading inside were unlocked 24/7, so anyone could just walk in. Really hope they fix that.... *****Huge price jump on weekends. Like a 79$ difference friday/Saturday & even Thursday it went up 35$ from the sunday-wed price which ive never seen b4 unless holiday that weekend.... i get a price increase for weekend, but $79-99 is insane.. so definitely try avoid if u can.

Spacious clean rooms, friendly front desk esp Rob, he was awesome, n very informative answering all my questions n truly seemed to care about customer service satisfaction. Hot breakfast included daily is a plus! Housekeeping ppl on point! Definitely making this our go to hotel.

Didnt have anything negative during our stay from Sunday to check out Saturday.

The value of the hotel was good. Nice sized room with full size refrigerator. Breakfast was ok but it being included made it better.

Room could have been a little cleaner. Finding a cart to haul our luggage upstairs was impossible. We did find one when we were leaving though.

Staff was so nice asked for more towels and they were happy to oblige. Check in was so easy our room was ready as soon as we got there. Everything was explained from shuttles to universal breakfast times pool hours just so happy with our stay

There really wasn't anything to dislike pullout couch needed sheets but called front desk and they handled it immediately

Great location. Central to everything with Disney, Sea World and Universal only a short drive away. Location is always clean and there's plenty of parking. Breakfast options are good. Rooms are a good size for a small family and kitchens are equipped with pans and utensils.

Rooms can use newer tvs (smart tv)

I came for an anime convention just up the road at the Marriott World resort, and was pleasantly surprised by how large the rooms were. The wifi worked well, the kitchen was nice, and overall this is a great place to get a large room for a very affordable price. I paid somewhere around half as much as my friends that were staying at the Marriott, and my room was twice as large. This is also a nice location for any families visiting for a trip to the nearby attractions, as it's about 15 to 20 minutes from Universal (without dealing with Interstate 4!), 5 to 10 minutes from Sea World, and extremely close to Disney Springs/Disney World.

I had to figure out my own transportation, and while breakfast was offered it was very limited (mostly due to COVID protocols). Still, it was also very close to a number of restaurants, so that issue was easily remedied. I would highly recommend renting a car if you stay here.

everything was great until the power went out for almost an hour other than that it was the best location for it being our first time in florida will definitely be back soon.

the breakfast was not up to par the french toast had mold growing on it

I liked that they offered a continental breakfast each day. The workers were very helpful and courteous. The facility was welcoming.

It's not that I didn't like something, but it would of been nice if there was a little more offered in the continental breakfast.

The pool and on site laundry facilities even though it was expensive.

My mistake was that I though I booked another night and didn't but while my husband and I was at the beach they told my kids they would have to leave or they were calling the police. We were over an hour away, fortunately I called a family member and they picked them and our belongings up. It was a mistake on my part, but I felt it was handled wrong.

Good central location in Buena Vista. Close to restaurants and Disney Springs. Fair pricing and good sized room.

The morning breakfast was supposed to start at 7am, but a number of items (including syrup) were not out until later. We had to skip some items as we were on a tight schedule.
