We are arrive about 1 AM in the morning. The gentleman at the front office was very knowledgeable. He check us in right away, direct us to our room and also where we could get something to eat because I had the kids with me and they are small kids the room was comfortable with the kids like the beds. Me and my husband was comfortable where we slept. It was a good experience. Breakfast was good. There was options for you to choose from. I would definitely recommend this place and if I should go back to Orlando, I will definitely stay there again.

The only one thing I didn’t like the pool was not available for us to use and that was something the kids were looking forward to, but I know that they are doing construction so I think that’s the reason for the pool not being available for use but that was the only thing

Location - Soooo conveniently located! Took me just 12 minutes to get to Animal Kingdom Lodge where I was meeting up with friends. Also, just a couple minutes from the Outlet Mall, where there is a Disney store, and a Denny's restaurant that is open 24 hours. The free breakfast is good and the front desk staff was very courteous and kind. The beds looked uncomfortable, but I slept very well and woke up with no back pain. Towels were soft and absorbent. Room was clean and comfortable

The Air conditioning duct work was in an "electrical closet" in the bedroom and was VERY loud, however, after a full day at the Disney parks, I slept thru the noise. There were no "Do not Disturb" signs to put on the door. Housekeeping did come every day and make my bed, which was nice, but they also removed the used towels and did not replace them.

The hotel is in a very good location, it is very close to the parks, restaurants and malls. However, you still need a car to go everywhere. There is a small mall with restaurants 15 min walk away. It included breakfast, the room was spacious and the staff was very nice.

The internet was very slow and it disconnected from time to time when in the room, we had to go to the lobby in order to get a decent connection. The hotel was undergoing renovation so some facilities were not available.

The room was very spacious, everything was clean and the staff were super friendly. It’s very close to Disney World and there’s a lot of food options in the area.

The safe in my room didn’t work, this was notified to the front desk staff and maintenance came asap to try and fix it, but they couldn’t. The kitchen area in my room was kind of outdated but I realize they are renovating the hotel.

*(The breakfast buffet included so it saves $$ for one mealtime-eggs sausage,pancakes/toast/frenchtoast yogurt/apple/banana muffin/cinnamonroll (same daily) coffee&juice dispenser. *(Great location-15mins to disney world parks. Lots of stores/restaurants less than 3-5min away, * they dont offer daily room cleaning this trip, so any towels have to get from lobby, last one had to request it day b4. Assuming its season thing. Last trip the security was great no entry from outside unless use room key to enter, or had to go thru fromt lobby, not this trip definitely needs fixed.

**** This time all side doors leading inside were unlocked 24/7, so anyone could just walk in. Really hope they fix that.... *****Huge price jump on weekends. Like a 79$ difference friday/Saturday & even Thursday it went up 35$ from the sunday-wed price which ive never seen b4 unless holiday that weekend.... i get a price increase for weekend, but $79-99 is insane.. so definitely try avoid if u can.

Nice big room for us to spread out. Great for families. Good value for a room with a kitchen.

Could have used some paper towels in the kitchenette. Also had a dishwasher but no dishwasher detergent supplied. I felt bad not running it before we had to check out

Spacious clean rooms, friendly front desk esp Rob, he was awesome, n very informative answering all my questions n truly seemed to care about customer service satisfaction. Hot breakfast included daily is a plus! Housekeeping ppl on point! Definitely making this our go to hotel.

Didnt have anything negative during our stay from Sunday to check out Saturday.

The value of the hotel was good. Nice sized room with full size refrigerator. Breakfast was ok but it being included made it better.

Room could have been a little cleaner. Finding a cart to haul our luggage upstairs was impossible. We did find one when we were leaving though.

Staff was so nice asked for more towels and they were happy to oblige. Check in was so easy our room was ready as soon as we got there. Everything was explained from shuttles to universal breakfast times pool hours just so happy with our stay

There really wasn't anything to dislike pullout couch needed sheets but called front desk and they handled it immediately

The location was great. It was a one bedroom suite with a kitchenette. It had basic dishes and one pot. I forgot to take pictures because I was really tired and my one year old kept me busy. Would definitely stay here again. Free breakfast, wifi, and parking...
