Room was nice, didn't do breakfast, location was great for what we were doing. We will come back. The only dislike for the room was the bathroom set up, the toilet and tub were closed off, was nice, but very small and unable to get completely dried off after shower. Alot of closet space. Sofa bed was comfortable. The pool was nice and clean.

The refrigerator was not working. The freezer didn't freeze, it was the coldest so we kept most of the food in it. We did have an ice chest so we kept drinks in it so they didn't take up all the room in the freezer. We did let the front desk know. No one to look into it until Monday, I do have a suggestion, don't turn it off, between guest, it takes a longer time for it to cool. Only other thing was the hot tub was broken, Also wish there was more umbrellas for the pool along with more tables,

The room was clean and the hotel staff was friendly. The beds were comfortable and the wife and kids enjoyed the hotel pool. No problems with the AC or television either. The hotel location was great to get to Disney Springs and had plenty of restaurants and supermarket a couple blocks away. I did not use the hotel wifi, but I had great enough cell service (Boost) at the hotel room that was able to connect up my laptop and do online work throughout my stay,

Our freezer had an issue that it was not cold enough to keep ice cream solid (The hotel did switch out the refrigerator when we let them know the problem). The hotel's only ice machine broke down for about three days during the trip. More items could have been offered with complimentary breakfast (just coffee/tea, instant oatmeal, and breakfast fruit bars).

Great location, staff was friendly, Room size was fine

The pull out couch wasn't ready but I got sheets from downstairs. Because I was getting it ready myself I saw the yucky stains on the mattress. The breakfast during Covid times was just coffee, hot chocolate powder, oatmeal and granola bars.

I like the size of the room, felt like a small studio apartment; it was set up well. Liked having the big king bed to sleep in which was fairly comfortable. I love the location of my room, it was on a corner so no one could look in through the window which I really liked.

Need better bedding, the blanket was old tan/brown flat which I was concerned was not clean. Bathroom door would not open all the way, because of the tub/shower. Felt a bit dated in the bathroom as well, not well cleaned, could see grim when taking a bath.

Diane, Stephanie and Jose are the GEM of this hotel. They have excellent customer service. Yes, I did a request to check in early in the morning if it is possible, it did not happen however I do understand that Diane want to give us a clean room and she made sure that she meet my expectation perhaps more as she put extra towels inside the room. Stephanie on the other hand did the same thing she made sure that she provided us with what we need, upon learning that we have intention of cooking our food, she provided us all the kitchen needs. Jose was very helpful in giving me pointers in navigating the area. I highly recommend that these staff should be commended and treated the best way possible. These are the reasons why I will highly recommend extended stay america to all my family, friends and colleague.

Ferdinand is a great staff member, very accommodating. This room was nicer than the last one I booked.

The only issue was that the TV remote wasn't working properly, but I use my console anyway. So it was a minor inconvenience.

Good location, near restaurants and most famous theme parks.

The hotel structure is old, but in general the stay was within expectations.

All of the staff were super friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I had stayed at three other Extended Stays and this location at Lake Buena Vista was by FAR the best experience!!!

Breakfast sucks lol honestly should not even be called breakfast and should be called “snacks” but this was at all locations, not just this one.

Staff, especially Jose was very helpful and accommodating. He even delivered our request linens even though he works in the front office. Some guests are inconsiderate. We all got woken up.by a black man arguing with another person at 5am. Other than that, our stay there was really nice. Will book there again in the future.

The only problem was the room had a musty odor and even after spraying Lysol, the smell would not go away. Difficult to sleep.
