The room was spacious, clean, and quite comfortable. The hotel is on Disney property roadways, so despite Hilton's lack of decent transportation to and from the parks, it is super easy to drive yourself or to grab a cheap Lyft or Uber wherever you want to head. It's a good spot if you are looking to save a bit on hotels and still enjoy Disney.

Hilton does not offer timely or quality transportation to or from the parks. There is only one shuttle in the morning, and one shuttle back in the evening, which is an hour before the fireworks.

The location was near the activities we were attending. It was convenient for restaurants, shopping, and entertainment.

We paid for breakfast but additional breakfast food items cost an additional 7.50. For example charge like waffles and pancakes. Last vacation breakfast package purchased from your site, included every type of breakfast items. Also, there was no room service.

I liked the area and how chill the hotel was. Not a lot of noise it was a relaxing trip.

My bathroom did have problems with the water pressure. And it was about the only thing wrong because it took a long time to heat up and didn’t release a lot of effort.

The room, bed and television were very good

The water pressure was not always working properly. Also, Booking.com displayed that breakfast was included, however, I had to inquire that it be included with my stay and I was given a voucher. Thanks. Moreover, I was not aware that it was a continental breakfast and did not include eggs, bacon and pancakes/waffles. I was disillusioned at breakfast.

I like it because good places surrounded area to visit.

Had people above us making noises pounding on the floor where my daughter couldn't get good night sleep. She was there taking a class for her work. It was threw out the night.

close to the parks and was nice and clean

the first room we were in didn’t have a shower head with enough water pressure. but Nana at the front desk was very efficient and got us a new room across the hall. really convenient to move our stuff.

We loved the staff and how friendly they were! the location was close to a lot of things that we were interested in doing and the pool area was great! also liked that a shuttle bus transported us to Magic Kingdom so we did not have to drive!

The dinner menu was very small. Parking was very frustrating at night. The Continental breakfast was below average for it to be $12.

Perfect location from both Disneyworld and Universal Studios. Great value for the money. The included continental breakfast was simpel but very good. And most important: very comfortable bed and the bathroom was fresh. You can't get a better hotel in this price range.

A little bit outdated furnitures but that didn't bother me.

The hotel and what was offered and provided was a expected and more staff was pleasant atmosphere was calm and you couldn't hear other guests through the walls

The shuttles to the parks could have been more clear than what was actually available

Our stay there was amazing. Check in was very easy and the services there was just as we wanted. Free Shuttle services, parking, cleaning, available food, pool and directory. Everything was near the hotel like the outlets and parks. Hotel was lovely and is perfect for a 5 night stay for the family.

The food is standard there, then again there are other places to go enjoy. Our room had a leak from the ac but it was cool there. We had no problems after that
