the food… cleanliness and friendly staff

crowded parking … pool is too small for the amount of people

We didnt get to enjoy theanagers thing that offers drinks and snacks this te but I like that about Embassy suites properties. We loved the kids splash and play area. We discovered a tiny playground area shortly before we left. We didnt watch the movie by the pool but think that is a great touch. Same with the pool table and paddle ball table. Our view to the pond was nice. I liked the safety features (gates/key entries). Brealfast is always good there. It's a wonderful property. Perfect for families.

As far as clean, the room was pretty clean except popcorn was found in the chair shortly after getting there and we didnt have popcorn. The cost of the hotel for all that is there isnt bad. By the te we were able to head to bed it was 11:30 and we discovered no extra blanket. I contacted the front desk via text but didnt hear back, I should have called but I had a 2 year old that was way past her bedtime. My 16 yr old slept on the couch with no blanket.

Breakfast was good. Room was comfortable and clean. Bed comfortable. Tv wasn’t working but after checking with front desk I had to hit 5 for it to work. This should have been documented in the room. Enjoyed happy hour. Food choices during happy hour were limited and used to be better

Internet service was poor and needs to be upgraded. Couldn’t connect device for monitoring my granddaughter. Could not connect to mobile apps like YouTube or prime.

Great place to stay!! Breakfast is always good and HoT!!

Only thing that I wish is that they weren't doing painting or spraying that they were doing it had an awful smell and I had to stay in my room for most of the day that day Side note next time let people know that they can ask for certain items for breakfast I love bacon and was so upbut that I found out the last day that I just could have had plates and plates of it from the omelet guy. Lol

almost everything, it was such a great experience along for my children, we got off a 4 day cruise. relaxing by the pool with the bar being outdoors, games for the kids, activities throughout the day, and finishing with a night movie was awesome! I had so many asking for info because it looked amazing off my posts on social media. The front desk receptionist was AMAZING she explained everything, was so kind to us and allowed us to get our rooms earlier since our cruise arrived so early. I wish I could remember her name, I’ve stayed at many Embassy Suites and have never experienced such a kind person.

only thing, the room felt muggy, maybe the Orlando humidity. But it felt musty like the wetness had been sitting on the furniture and sheets. We left and started up the AC on the second day it felt a lot better.

Love the fun activities for the kids. Evening reception every night was wonderful with music of all types. Location is great and shuttle service to parks

Only thing was our room key card would get disabled. Also, the shuttle not returning back from Magic Kingdom you would have to go to another park by bus then back to hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay at Embassy Suites it was perfect for our first family trip and we spent most days at the Disney parks. The shuttle was always late and did not have a pick up for Magic kingdom and some of the other parks once dropped off but other than that and a few minor issues. The staff was wonderful and accommodated all of our needs. The amenities were wonderful and my family enjoyed the breakfast, Pool, snack time, acttivities for kids and reception with free snack and drinks.

We had a few minor problems with the hotel room we stayed in z however guest services was accomadating and it made our stay more pleasant.

The room was very clean . The movie by the pool was nice !

There was no fresh fruit and very limited options for breakfast. Did not meet the high standards for fresh cook to order breakfast I’m use to with Embassy Suites.

- Breakfast was awesome, a lot of variety and different options to eat. - There was enough space in the room and the house keeping was excellent. - The staff was very nice and great location.

- The parking was a little high and extra for what you had already pay for the hotel room. - There are no near bathrooms in the pool area.

Full Breakfast was great. The staff was quick to respond to requests and very friendly! Thr facility was clean and in a great location.

This is a silly request but I felt there needed to be more trash cans in the room. For as big as the rooms were, there was only one little trash can.
