Room was very nice and big. Modern bathroom, shower only. Pool was clean and nice for kids and adults, with bar/restaurant nicely located. Outdoor firepit with inside/outside bar very nice! Bar/restaurant was nicely staffed, hours were convenient and stayed open late enough and food was good. On-site shop had decent snacks and drink selection. Noon check-out a very friendly feature. Breakfast was very good, thanks! Skip the mouse, just hang out here!

Front desk staff did not inform us that room cleaning was by request only, and required 24 hr notice. What if a late arrival wants their room cleaned next morning? Once requested, the cleaning crew was very good. Wifi did not work or we were not instructed correctly on how to access. Bus shuttle was always late for pickup in the morning, we ended up using Uber, so this was not an added value for us.

We almost got charged twice for the night( I had already prepaid) I think the lady was new but nice. We were very happy and at first glance it exceeded our expectations but there were just a few minors issues - definitely thought the $25 car parking per night was wayyyy to high -breakfast closes way to early and we felt very rushed even when it was still supposed to be open. -At night when we checked in and exhausted, all the signs said the restaurant was opened till 11pm but when my starving kids went down to grab a bite at 10:30 they were turned away and told it was closed. (Also the market was closed early) we had to eat at 711. - the room was very clean Except for the pull out couch cushions had small white stains....... we just flipped them over and put on sheets but ewwww. Everything else was wonderful, too bad we didn't get a chance to try out that cool looking pool!

The rooms were spacious very clean breakfast was awesome they had scrambled eggs sausage or ham Bagels muffins danishes cold cereal hot cereal make your own waffles home fries bread for toast different flavor coffees 10 to 15 minutes to all the parks they have a shuttle but we didn't use it to the parks not sure which ones the pool was awesome they have a fire pit out by the pool in the lobby it's spacious and Airy there's a bar inside there where you can order food or get drinks and there's also a little places that you could sit in the lobby

Well I got a good deal on booking.com but when we decided to stay another two nights because you never know what you're going to get when you're in another state booking a hotel we couldn't get the same deal so we paid full price but that's the only thing I can complain about and it really was worth it

The man at check out was not very friendly...no smiles. Smiles make a huge difference. I was sorry I did not check out with the lady who was at the other desk; she was the exact opposite! Everybody else at the hotel was very friendly and welcoming. I would have liked to know that servicing of the rooms had to be requested; apparently notification of this fact was in a paper which was available at check in. The person at check in should ensure everyone is given this paper and advised to read it.

Wanted power & air conditioning during the hurricane. Knew our mobile home park was directly in the path of the hurricane. Staff in this fully booked hotel were phenomenal. Place was immaculate and well cared for. Breakfast was smooth and filling. Slept soundly despite wind pelti g the windows.

Beds are too firm - and I like a firm bed. AC blows directly on person next to it. Pulled extra sheet out for comfort. Sofa (at least there was one compared to the Ramada Wyndham All Suites by Orlando Airport) was poorly designed. Impossible to get comfortable. With Bolster backs. We used pillows to try to get more comfortable.

Very comfortable! Great pool, and clean! Staff super nice and offered to let us hang out at the pool after our flight was delayed. Breakfast was above standard for the usual hotel breakfast- the coffee was great, the waffles yummy and I really appreciated the healthy options of nuts, raisins, coconut shavings, cinnamon for oatmeal and hard boiled eggs, and yogurt. The kids loved the pool which was spacious and clean.

It did have a bit of a corporate feel, could be warmer feeling.

Awesome big room with comfy bed, extra blankets, big sofa, table and neat coffee corner with fridge and microwave, overall great amenities. Super clean and modern bathroom. Heated big pool, big fitness center and even an outside fireplace at nights. Loved the great choice of hot and cold intercontinental breakfast and all-day coffee available. Very nice and helpful staff. The entire hotel was all very clean modern and spacious, we enjoyed the stay and would definitely stay again.

Too few parking spaces available on the property AND it was not mentioned in the booking that parking spaces would be charged extra (17 $ per night). It was advertised as "parking spaces available", no word about extra charges, would have been nice to know beforehand.

The beds were comfortable, as was the room. The fridge kept our items very cold which was real nice because so many times when I've stayed at other places those mini fridges are not cold, this one was not one of those. The AC worked well also and kept the room at our desired temp. The location was a plus, very close to Disney Springs and the parks. The property is very well maintained, the room, common areas and breakfast are were clean. The breakfast was very good, one less thing to have to worry about.

Twice I requested to have the body wash and shampoo refilled in the room and that was never done. Luckily there was enough left in the bottles to get us through our stay When I requested hand soap and extra towels at the front desk, those were given to me right then and there so that wasn't an issue. No other "issues" to note.

The size of room ,cleanliness, house keeping and bed comfort are very good. The luggage room also has a refrigerator for storage for late check out which was great. The bathroom size was good. The pool with kids play sprays were good too

The shower was not good . It had an erratic spray as nossles are blocked. The water kept leaking out from shower cubicle to bathroom floor. It would have been great if they provided a hand held shower.

Everything was AMAZING! Hotel is gorgeous! Location is central. Stay was comfortable and layout of the room is more than accommodating. I really enjoyed the seating area. The couch with the pull out bed (trundle) was the best sofa ever! I didn’t want to sit on my bed until I went to sleep. The seating area allowed us to hang out, eat, and relax. I will definitely come back here when in town. This hotel is IMMACULATE!
