The staff was polite and efficient and went beyond their means to give us exactly the room we wanted. Cleanliness was very good, the way every hotel should be. The bed mattress was not as firm as I would like it to be, but supportive enough. Probably the best I can remember, and way beyond and above the usual "hotel quality". The room, with internal and not external access (they are different, I think) was on the highway but absolutely quiet, of very comfortable dimensions and well equipped. Storage space was excellent, enough to support longer stays. Hot water was enough whenever we needed it, with good tap and shower had. Shower also had a (very appreciated, by elder people) grab bar. Location excellent: Right on the highway so that you cannot miss it, plus the back side is on the road to Town Sq with the old Court House, the small market area and perfect for a short walk

Only one small complaint: The sink and toilet bowl are sitting very low. If you are more than 5 ft tall and not so young, you shall have to break your back to get down there.

We like the location compared to where our event was.

The pictures on booking are not the same pictures as when you arrive on site. From the outside, it looked like a rundown motel. The room itself wasn’t terrible, but it was not what the pictures looked like. We had a king room and it smelled of cigarette smoke, the curtin didn’t close all the way for privacy, and the shower looked dirty and stained of something. We won’t be staying here again.

The Ladies at the CHECKIN DESK sprang into action getting several folks checked in with limited wait time and they made everyone feel like long lost relatives. They were all beautiful, and had bubbly and bouncy attitudes which made for a very pleasant experience. I would hire them for my company they are great asset to yours ~ don't lose them!!

There was NOTHING we didn't like except we did think the pricing was a little high compared to another location we found in the same community which was approx. 10% cheaper for the days we were staying but we chose this one due to other colleagues who had already signed up and there were not enough rooms in the other selection. We were disappointed on SUNDAY that there were no good restaurants open around town except LONGHORNS but when we travel we want to eat and support local family restaurants. We looked all around town for an hour and our group couldn't find any place plus the LONGHORNS was backed up for nearly an hr. so we just got fast foods which were not that great.

Breakfast was Ok, could have been better...but everything else was fantastic! Staff was very nice and acted professionally...room was very clean and location was very good as well. That bed was really comfortable!

The first morning we were there, the breakfast could have been better...out of a few things...apple and orange juice...sausage was almost gone. It was crowded but the next day, it was a bit better.

Location was great. Breakfast wasn't so good. Out of coffee, eggs & chicken patties were cold. Settled with a bagel & creme cheese.

While checking in I was repeating directions to our room. The attendant got a little snappy.....guess I interrupted her cigarette break when we pulled up to check in.

The room was adequate for our needs, we literally just needed a place to sleep. We were looking in various areas for hiking and only came back to the room to shower and sleep.

No issues. Cute little town with stores if needed.

The breakfast was overall good. The location was great, right in town where we wanted to be! The pool was also a good time swimming, it was super clean!

Was told the room was going to get cleaned twice while we were there but didn’t get cleaned, but I didn’t mind and didn’t ruin anything for me or bother me, so all was fine.

We had a restful night after meeting family at a nearby restaurant. The girl at the front desk was pleasant and helpful. Enjoyed the early time for the breakfast so we could get an early start to continue our vacation trip.

Can't think of anything we did not like about our stay.

We loved it, the location was great. The employees were super nice and willing to help. We stayed for about 5 nights and had no problems.

It was clean, they offered cleaning service every day!

The staff was great the breakfast was more then anyone could ask for and the housekeeper was really sweet. Plus we got a free night so my husband and I got to spend some more quality time together.
