The location is wonderful. They are about a 6 min car ride to the main mall, or a Wal-Mart Supercenter is right around the corner. The downtown is right outside the hotel. But what is so amazing is the way the area is set up it feels like you are separated from all of this. It is so peaceful, and the landscape is lovely. They have so many trails right out the hotel. We walked the Japanese Garden that is steps from the hotel. My family and I took advantage of this. Mind you it was still snowing and a bit chilly, but we had a blast. There are so many fun things to do with your kids. The museum was right down the street, the aquarium, which was hands on, and all our kids loved it, and a few streets away was bowling! The room was like a huge two-bedroom apartment! Everything was included in the room and by that, I mean the pots, pans, *Tupperware!!! Soaps for the dishwasher, full size shampoo, conditioner and body soap! SO not need to run to the store. The room had a massive living room with a tv, an office table, a table to a family to eat at. ON each side of the living room there was a master bedroom with an on-suite bathroom! Laundry is available 24/7 They have a pool and spa which was being worked on so hopefully next time we can use this. Breakfast is free and you will have so many wonderful options of fresh healthy food to choose from. I have picky eaters and all of them found what they liked easily. I love that the first meal is taken care of making it easier for us to enjoy or trip. I cannot stress this enough; this hotel will surpass your expectations. The staff are so sweet and helpful, with the location and so many things at your doorstep this is a must stay!

Excellent property. The bed was very comfortable. Very clean and well maintained. The staff was also very cordial and polite.

The furnace in the room was a little noisy. Otherwise the room was excellent. I just didn’t just the best nights sleep because every time the furnace turned on it would wake me. This was a suite that had a furnace, but a PAC unit under the window. Otherwise the room was every quiet.

I booked this room for a family friend and her young children. I skipped over some over the less expensive hotels because I wanted her to stay somewhere they would feel safe and comfortable. Their particular room had a bedroom with a king size bed, a sleeper sofa and a full kitchen. The seating area was great for us staying up to visit while her kids were in the bedroom sleeping. The kitchen was so convenient for refrigerating and preparing snacks and drinks for the kids. Would book here again in the future.

Everything. We were created well, invited to stroll the gardens right across the way, the pool and hot tub were outstanding, our room was so clean and the beds so comfortable. And breakfast was exceptional for a free hotel breakfast.

I wish fast free internet had been provided.

I loved the location and how clean the room was.

I was disappointed that I could have received a First Responders Discount (government discount) at any other facility but they said they could not offer that to me because they didn’t have enough rooms available, they were too busy. Also one of the doors from the closet was missing.

The breakfast had several selections and more than you’d typically get from a hotel with a continental breakfast. The room was very clean and spacious, set up well with tv for living room viewing and from the bed. The room was very quiet with a decent view, and very comfortable. A five star!

If there were more gluten free options for the breakfast, this place would be a 10.

I had a Grandson who unfortunately got sick on one of th e beds and a staff person came right up and took care of it. SHE WAS AMAZING RM

Everything was perfect. We do this as family a couple of times a year. Yes it a little more expensive but well worth the staff, facilities and the accommodations Thank you so much

LOVED LOCATION! Riverwalk, nearby Japanese tea garden, and falls. So fuch fun to enjoy a walk with my dog. Breakfast was much better then most hotels including different flavors syrup for waffle (mango, strawberry,..). Room was spacious and comfortable. Dog friendly. People were super friendly.

Lobby Coffee should be refreshed later in the day. cold/lukewarm coffee isn’t great.

Great stay, clean and well kept. The room had all the Amenities I was looking for and the Breakfast had plenty of choices to choose from, we would order ours to go and enjoy it in our room. Conveniently located to Many restaurants throughout that you could actually walk to.

It was my first visit to Idaho Falls and had requested a city view, instead i got an unsightly view of a roof 😪.
