Extremely clean! Most hotel bathrooms, especially the floors, gross me out! But the floors in our room and the bathroom were spotless. Shower and toilet were spotless. When Im at a hotel I will thoroughly look over the bathroom floor specifically because I’m going to clean it up if they didn’t do their job. As a mom brining kids into a hotel room that countless others have used, it was so refreshing to feel like they cleaned up that room as well as I would clean my own home. Also the staff we encountered were all so friendly and anyone we passed in the hall or at the front desk would say hello to us. My husband and I both said we will only stay here when in Pocatello because we were just so beyond happy with our room. Also I never review hotels. I’ve never been this impressed with a properties level of clean prior to this stay even before Covid was a thing. I hope they keep this level of service up.

Cleanliness, Keurig coffeemaker, modern & efficient design, friendly staff, location, and 10% discount card for supper at Jaker’s Grill. Free hot tea and coffee around the clock. First time I’ve ever seen a recycling bin in a motel room! Yay for Fairfield!!

Shower only (no tub for a bath to relax in), no mattress pad cover (only thin sheet between you and someone else’s germs), lumpy mattress, could smell dirty air filter in AC unit (rinsed both filters in shower), then had to clean shower floor, hotel had a damage charge of $29 they didn’t mention. They say it is refundable if there is no damage to room when we leave. Unknown turnaround time for refund, at this time.

Super helpful staff at check in. Very comfortable clean room. Very quiet and convenient to freeways. Staff at breakfast was very polite and helpful. Breakfast was ample and there was a wide array of choices. Great stop on our journey.

the front desk staff was professional and accommodating. it was clean and was a fantastic value for the cost. Breakfast was a very good variety and clean! Nice pool area!

we are on week four if a cross country trip, all of of overnights have been in hotels. For the first time I have nothing to offer here.

Immaculate. Huge shower. Comfortable mattress and soft pillow. Quiet. Multiple outlets for charging phones, iPads, etc.. Wi-fi. Fridge, microwave and hair dryer. Paul Mitchell products. Lots of towels. Adequate parking. Tasty breakfast and large dining area. Super friendly and helpful staff from check-in to kitchen staff to maids.

The price was high for Pocatello, Idaho. I imagine the extra pandemic precautions (plastic gloves at the breakfast buffet and disinfecting every touchable item in each room) contributes somewhat to that.

Clean, comfortable bed, king size bed option that wasn’t a suite, location was good for passing through (but didn’t here traffic noise because it is up the hill), pool/hot tub hours were great, gym was on the first floor and not over any of the rooms. Continental hot breakfast included.

Was clean and staff was very friendly.

The ac in the room was so loud. We had to ask to be moved in the middle of the night. Unable to get the rest, we need to travel the next day.

Excellent location, and good views since the hotel is up on a hill. Breakfast was just ok, nothing special, but always nice to grab on the go.

Smart TV and room layout was comfortable. Large bathroom and wheel chair accessible.

The air duct was noise. The microwave could be moved out once a week to dust under.

Away from restaurants, breakfast was only cold options. Got a hot breakfast elsewhere. Clean the corners in the shower/bath. The only dirty part of the whole hotel!
