Breakfast wasn't much.....mostly easy carbs. Cereal/waffle . I didn't have breakfast but my husband did have some yogurt. It was good. The check on person Jasmine ?? worked so hard for us to get the correct room for us. She made the stay worth while.! I noticed she worked hard for the other people checking in as well. My husband and I were really impressed with her efforts to make us comfortable. We would stay there again. Thank you.

The man at the desk was there most of the time; he was probably the manager. He was definitely on top of everything from checking people in to making sure the breakfast was well stocked. He even made sure he found their ironing board and iron and delivered it to our room minutes after I asked for it. I was very impressed with his attentiveness to customers. The hotel is older but clean and well maintained. We also loved the waffles!

I had requested an upper-floor room months ago when I booked the room. At check-in, he said he would see what he could find. I'm wondering why an upper-floor room couldn't have been reserved for us, rather than seeing if one was still available at check-in.

I had an accident on the highway an hour before I had checked in. When I told the manager he was so very helpful and kind. He allowed me a late check out the next day and then when I had to book another night and wait for my house to drive 14 hours to get me. He again allowed me to have a late checkout. Overall, he and his staff were very kind to me during a very stressful time.

Clean room had no fragrances. Even the sheets were super soft, but didn't smell like fabric softener. Desk clerk very friendly & helpful. Quiet. Even the mini fridge was quiet all night.

No one was there to check people in. A sign was in place stating they were at a sister property. Caused huge backup of about 10 people all waiting to check in. The TV had no signal and had to be reset by the desk clerk.

Staff was pleasant. Location was easy to locate. Bathtub was exceptional with hot water and pressure. A/C was phenomenal and very cool.

Price was high for the type of Motel and the amenities that were offered. Lighting was terrible. Very dim in bathroom as well as rest of room.

We stay here frequently on our way to Vegas and back.. Great staff. Breakfast (love those waffles).. Clean. Comfortable and location is great.. Besides the beautiful area.. We of course will b back.

Even though I booked a room last minute, the front desk was able to accommodate our request to have the top floor. It was also nice to wash clothes before heading home. Didn’t wake up in time for breakfast but they did offer from 5-9am which was nice. Rooms were clean and quiet.

The air conditioner did not have a cover on it and looked bad. Possibly upgrade on the system??

The room was clean. Friendly staff. I requested an additional blanket and was immediately given one.

I prefer much softer pillows. Of the three pillows, all were very hard and lumpy. There was no breakfast, only a few bagels and juice, and a little fruit. Breakfast hours ended too early, 9AM.

We stay at this place annually and the staff is always so pleasant, courteous and professional. The location of the hotel is easily accessible to the interstate, restaurants, and laundry.

The carpets and rooms could use a lil upgrade.

Staff are the best part of this hotel. Very friendly and helpful. They even gave my dog treats when we checked in.

Mattress was hard and pillows were awful. Breakfast was all the carbs you could eat! Very limited selection. Waffles, cold cereal, toast, bagels.
