Nice room. Pleanty of counter space to put things. Clean. Nice shower head. Friendly staff. Coffee in lobby and breakfast were excellent.. We are return visitors.

We were moved from king room to two queens and our reservations were booked two months prior.. No easy chair in our room. Recoating the parking lot was inconvenient. Drier not working.

Handicap accessibility in the bathroom. Ease of in and out of the main road. Towels were exceptionally plush and absorbent. The check-out clerk was very helpful and cordial. Regarding the photos requested: I've lived in this town most of my life so I hardly thought to take pictures. This was not a vacation, only a necessity due to a broken hot water heater and no parts available due to the supply chain issue and truckers' boycott and who knows what else...?

Lack of needed information at check-in regarding the breakfast situation and direction on the best handicap parking in relation to the room. My husband has great difficulty walking, uses a cane and ended up walking much farther than was necessary. I was not informed that we could not eat in the facility so when we walked to breakfast, I had to walk him back to the room, then I had to return to get his breakfast, carry it back to the room, then return for mine, The temperature was 19 degrees outside to boot! Information would have made the situation and my life much simpler.

Breakfast could have been better but staff was great and very friendly. They were willing to help and assist us and our needs with a smile. Even watched my grand son for a minute while I brought my bag out to the car. Best staff ever❤️

The staff was friendly and helpful the room comfortable enough although a bit small. I like that they had a fridge and microwave in room and free breakfast!

There was a bit of thick dust on the window cill and they could use bread and a toaster as we don't eat waffles and just wanted toast with the other stuff.

Fair location with access to local services, reception staff were competent but not overly friendly. I had to remake the bed because the under blanket was ruffled and the pillows were oversized.

Did not eat the breakfast just had juice n coffee. Coffee was a little on the week side

Under staffed had to wait. Lady was nice n professional. Just had a Long wait to check in. There was a very bad smell n hallway like a fish smell or ? It disappated over time.

The breakfast menu was basic, but adequate. More fresh fruit (beyond just apples), healthier options, and larger quantity of no-meat selections would be appreciated - especially during Lent (no meat on Fridays for observant Catholics). Most important - staff should anticipate heightened demand for breakfast based on the occupant rate on any given day. For example, a large entourage of high school traveling baseball players and their supporters had reservations. These athletes ate EVERYTHING before the rest of us had the opportunity to try to partake of breakfast. When alerted, staff scrambled to figure out if they had additional food to put out to replenish for other guests - and ended up saying “sorry.”

See above answer regarding need to plan ahead for large groups with reservations - especially high school athletic team and entourage that one might reasonably expect would eat a lot, leaving little for other guests. Also, hallway noise from other guests coming, going and talking was a distraction.

Breakfast was limited in selection but was otherwise good. Location was very convenient.

Outdoor pool was closed (because it was winter) and there were no workout facilities.

The staff was very helpful.

The back door lock of the property didn't work. Anyone could have walked in. Also the public restrooms in the lobby were locked. I was told they were for employees. The clerk gave me the key after I informed him I was a senior citizen. And finally the phone in our room didn't work. Otherwise it was fine.
