The girls at the reception were helpful and attentive. location is perfect for the Magnificent Mile region.

The room was not properly cleaned, with hair on the floor and smell of tobacco.

bed was not clean at all. I booked for two people and they put 1 robe in the room so we had to call for an extra one as well as more towels cause there wasn’t enough in the room.

The location. The staff who checked me in on August 24, along with the Night Auditor, were absolutely AMAZING and ENGAGING for my entire stay. They and the location are the 2 major reasons that I would return.

No garage or affiliated parking. No restaurant or food facility. If you ever make a capital investment, I suggest changing out of the platform beds. The room is too small for that type of bed and I have a bunch of Knicks on my shins. Also, the elevators are gorgeous but the noises they make are actually frightening. I love the hotel so much, and a few upgrades would make it even better.

Location is amazing! I was also really impressed with the mattress + linens combo - so comfy! The room silent, shower was hot. Staff was also friendly and we were offered an early check in for $30 (which was great, otherwise we'd have to wait about 6h to check in). Overall, great experience and would recommend.

I'd deduct a couple of points mostly because the room was a bit old - the bed frame was chipped, wallpaper were a bit stained, etc. Nothing that would prevent me returning, but it's not 5 stars worthy.

the location is fab, just off the magnificent mile and close to some lovely restaurants. the staff were super helpful and friendly. although breakfast isn’t provided, coffee is and we used the hot water to make porridge in the mornings - there’s a nice foyer you can sit in to have breakfast. the room had everything we needed and the complimentary toiletries were nice.

the price. we were staying over the marathon weekend so I appreciate that room rates were higher than usual but I still felt the price was a bit steep. I also found it a bit of a joke that we were advised on arrival that our room was ready, but still had to pay a $30 early check in fee. the $15 a day charge for coffee and Wi-Fi is also a bit much
