This was an awesome stay for us. We came in for the Chicago Marathon and the location was just perfect as it was right on the route of the runners so makes for an easy spot to go and cheer. Lots of food and bar options around as well. The place was actually amazing for our group, the beds were comfortable, the bedding was nice and clean and in general this is a gem of a find because it fit our group perfectly. There really wasn't much to complain with the unit itself.

The staff were very particular with how many keys were allowed to be given for us, we had a group of 5 and I was initially told we were only allowed one key for the whole time. They adjusted it for us to accommodate 3 keys but really it should be that every person has a key. We did have difficulty getting extra blankets and bedding sent to our room but after a couple times of reminders the people working on the desk at 4am were very helpful and made sure we got our bedding. Odd thing, but the lighting in the rooms was really odd, it was either incredibly bright or too dim. Suggest adding dimmers to adjust lighting.

We had a great time in Chicago. The guy who checked us in was amazing.The outside area was AMAZING. My dog was able to feel comfortable and we felt safe walking around. I would definitely stay here again just next time stand my ground on a “few” things. Wonderful.

We didn’t get the room that was pictured but still a beautiful room. There was some flaws in the room the guy offered to switch that night but we was tired and would just wait till morning. Then I called and the guy next morning seem to have a “answer” for all my complaints without resolution so we just decided to leave it alone and enjoy our time.

Great hôtel. One week stay with family. Extremly convenient location, clean, spacious, well equipped, amazing view, beautiful design.

Quite noisy heating system, not easy to oontrol. Would be nice to have a notice, but finally, we were able to manage it Very noisy group of people in the adjacent studio two nights in a row, coming and going, shouting in the corridors. Staff was very helpful and stopped the traffic and the noise. Thank you.

The location is great with a very nice view from the room. There are few restaurants and supermarkets just few minutes walk. Subway is 5 mins walk. The room is clean and the bed is comfy. It is nice to have a kitchene when traveling with a family. There are pool table and ping-pong table at the 8th floor. We enjoyed them with our kids. Highly recommend The Original Pancake House for breakfast (about 10 mins walk) !!! Great variety of pancakes, waffles, crepes and other dishes. It is always crowded and you may need to queue for 10 mins but it is absolutely worth it! The overall experience is cool!

There is only 1 frying pan that sticks which is not very comfortable if you need to cook. Not a great problem but a tiny detail. The only thing we did not like was that the room booked for 4 people (2 adults and 2 kids) was not ready with the sleeping sofa. Based on the previous comments we were aware of this potential trouble but hoped it was not a regular problem. Looks like it is. There were no pillows, blankets and bed linen for the sofa. Considering our late check in that was a bit uncomfortable. I had to ask for all at the reception. So if you do not find it in your room, please ask the reception staff immediately (they might be unavailable at night time).

The property was gorgeous. We loved the common entertainment spaces such as the game room and pool area. The apartment/suite that we stayed in was clean, modern, and comfortable. Despite the city location, there was little to no city noise. This property is in Old Town, which is a fun area of the city with many restaurants, bars, and shops.

We had to have our keys reprogrammed four different times throughout our two night stay. This meant having to leave the elevator or trek all the way back to the lobby from the hallway in front of our apartment/suite when the key did not work. Because there was at least one out of order elevator, the wait times for elevators and the lines for the elevators were really long. The elevator and key situation was inconvenient.

it would be nice if there were a few things ready in the apartment before guests arrive- bottles of water, laundry detergent, and equally important it was a little strange that housekeeping never cleaned nor asked to take out any of our garbage or recycling for the 5 days we stayed there. there’s basically no housekeeping only towel drop off.

I like that the unit had alot of amenities. a fridge mini oven, microwave, in unit washer, great view, and only five minutes away from the place we grabbed dinner.

luxury building. The apartment was gorgeous. The floor to ceiling windows. The view. The location.

The front desk people could be better. I forgot my key so I couldn’t use the elevator from the 12 th floor. I couldn’t get back into my room bec of no key and I was stuck. I called my husband who was already down waiting for me in the car. He asked the front desk to send someone to release the elevator and the girl at the front said no figure it out on your own. My husband had to depart the car and go back up to the 12 th floor to get me down. I think this was terrible.

The property was beautiful and everything that i could have asked for. The location was perfect and central to a nice strip of Chicago where bars/food/shops are located. The staff was nice and the room was clean/ spacious and upbeat. There was several amenities and even luggage holding when waiting for check-in time. It’s amazing how this apartment can rent out to people as well as leasing. i would definitely stay here again.

I didn’t like how the rooms were listed as balcony rooms but the room we stayed in that we chose specifically for a balcony did not have a balcony. It was an extended window you could stick your head out of but it was not a full walk out balcony as described and listed.

The Level is apartment living at its finest with over 750 square feet of gorgeous, sparkling clean space, including a killer skyline view with balcony, a separate bedroom with king bed, full granite kitchen with chef’s stove, fridge and dishwasher, big bathroom, walk-in closet, combo living/dining room and in-unit washer-dryer. The Level is close to hip shops and restaurants in Old Town and 2 blocks from the red line subway stop. The amenities abound with a full fitness center, sauna and steam room, not to mention a pool and hot tub! I would definitely recommend this place with the highest score! We loved it and will be back again!!
