Location was perfect, the rooms had plenty of room. Excellent closet space and shower, the beds were comfy.

We took the stairs to exit the building and all of the doors were locked. I could see how this could be for safety of the guests unless there was a fire. We ended up walking down and up 4 flights of stairs. We were lucky enough to find free parking close to the hotel. When we asked the gentleman up front about it he said if you found parking lucky you. He stated to pay the meter or we could be towed. There was no meter. Valet parking was very unclear.

I loved the room - so well designed. There were four of us and we stayed in the room with two queen beds. My kids are teens so that can be a tight fit - but the room was spacious enough, and there was a little couch by the window. My 15-year-old son slept on that couch and was comfortable. The beds and linens on the queen beds were wonderful.

It would have been nice to have room service. We ordered breakfast from the restaurant and brought it up to our room but it didn't travel well and was not warm.

Nice size rooms, and pet friendly. Great location great staff. 

On the fourth floor, the courtyard rooms don’t have much privacy. However, as it turns out, there are two automatic screens for the big picture windows. We didn’t know that there were two screens. We only assumed that there was one screen that darken the room. However, there is another screen that allows the light to come in. Had we known that there were two screens we might not have requested to shift rooms.

The hotel was beautiful, very modern. It was a great location and super affordable for being basically right downtown. The woman working the front desk was awesome and super personable, she gave us lots of recommendations, made sure we had directions, was clear about the check in process as well. The room was really big and comfortable!

The only I didn't like was that the parking prices and having to purchase a parking package with your room was not clear at all during the booking. In fact, I went to the hotels website and checked everywhere I could on the booking.com app. We didn't find out that parking was an extra $30 cost until we arrived and were checking in.

very quiet, clean, and dog friendly! the rooms were very welcoming and so clean. the property was beautiful, cozy and welcoming. it is about a 10 minute walk to old port which was perfect for us- we wanted to be away from the craziness of the downtown night life and this was perfect. I had so much fun and we will definitely return with our pup!

alto restaurant and bar located in the hotel. we had dinner and breakfast at the hotel- both occasions our food did not meet our expectations. However there are good restaurants within walking distance.

Stayed here mid October 2022, right after they opened. My family had 3 rooms on the 4th floor. each was very clean, well equipped and it was a perfect location. It’s only a few blocks from the popular restaurants and a ten minute walk to the water. I was a little nervous because we were right next to the elevator but you can’t even hear it when the door is closed. It was so comfortable, both in the room and relaxing in the inviting lobby and restaurant. The staff was also incredible. They were so accommodating and kind.

The elevators are confusing. Only one of the two goes to the parking garage and they each have different ways to get to the lobby. The valet charge of $40/ day is also quite high considering the area. If you have a spare minute to look for street parking, I would recommend it.

Very modern and clean room - staff was very friendly and helpful. It is a pet friendly place (they even had treats you could buy at the check in).

Parking is not free. They have a valet on site and the facility was secure. We decided to pay for the parking as we wanted to walk around the Old Port and not worry about finding a parking space or security if we parked overnight in a public parking garage.

The hotel was convenient to everything, not directly in the city but walking distance to everything! also a plus right next to the port to go walking in the morning with our pup. yes the hotel is dog friendly which is great and you would never think dogs even going there. so clean there the rooms are beautiful. I can’t wait to go back. People working there are so nice and help you with everything when needed.

There was nothing I didn’t like. we have been telling our friends to book here.

Loved the size of the rooms and the bed was comfortable

The intake vent in our room sounded like overalls in the dryer. Kind of annoying when the air conditioning would kick on. Coffee machine in room was messed up. Completely overfilled the glass. I believe there was already water already down in it even when the reservoir was filled to minimum. Made a mess.

Check-in process was great - our rooms weren't ready (we were early) and staff was very accommodating to hold bags and text us when rooms were ready.

Food service was not good. We tried to get a late afternoon snack in the courtyard area and despite someone telling us he would send somebody right out, nobody ever came. We ended up leaving and finding another spot.
