Brand new and very clean. Great downtown location. Despite the teething problems described below we enjoyed our stay.

The bathroom in Room 306 was still in punch list condition. The glass shower enclosure had been installed backwards so the shower could not be turned on without a dousing of cold water. Also the door and side panel were misaligned so the door could not swing out, only in. Finally, the door into the bathroom struck the jamb and was difficult to close. Also, the electronic entry was very slow, so much so we were on the verge of calling for assistance before it finally let us in

Much better rooms than most hotels. Essentially, an apartment. Location is outstanding at top end of historic downtown Portland. Rooms are very quiet!

So trivial but key for doors is an app. Worked fine for indoor key to apartment. However, front and back entry doors sometimes took 3-4 minutes to read the swiping phone screen.

There was no breakfast. There was coffee and tea.

There was no top sheet or cover for the pullout sofa (I used the couch throws) and the pullout sofa mattress was awful..at 4:30 in the morning, I gave up, put the couch back together and was able to catch a couple of hours sleep laying lengthwise on the cushions.

It was well located in the middle of Portland.

It looks pretty spacious in the picture, but it was really more like a hotel suite. There was no blanket for the sofabed, which we didn't realize until bed time, by which time there was no staff on premises. I called the phone number and a really nice guy offered to drive 45 minutes with a blanket, but that seemed a) too much to ask and b) too late for the delivery. It should have been in the room whether or not they thought we needed it.

Great location, walking distance to old port area shops and restaurants. Beautiful new loft apartment.

For me the bathroom lighting was a little too strong but I am sensitive to harsh lighting

Amazing building and stay. The space was gorgeous and had everything we needed for a very comfortable time! I would love to go again.

The only thing that was inconvenient about our stay (which was not the hotel's fault) was the parking situation. We paid $70 for parking for 2 nights at a nearby parking garage. But besides that, everything was wonderful!

The area was right around a lot of restaurants and entertainment. Many places were shut down due to the mass shooting that happened on the following Wednesday.

The air vent was loud and we couldn’t shut it off because we wouldn’t have any circulation all night.

I found this wonderful apartment on Trivago and it exceeded my expectations. It was a better value than the local hotels and in a fantastic location close to Old Port and all the wonderful restaurants that are there. We were only in the city for 1 night so it was perfect! The place was very modern and comfortable as well. We did not have a need for the kitchen but it would be night to have if we were there longer.

The location was the best. It was much better than staying at the crowded pier and easy to explore the neighborhood outside of the crowd. It was very clean and everything felt pretty much brand new.

The heating system and the bathroom flushing were both very loud. The pull out bed was very thin and feeble. The sliding door of the bathroom was extremely difficult to open and close; needs mending.

Everything was perfect! The apartment was spacious, modern and comfortable. The appliances were all brand new and the attention to detail was truly impressive. Highly recommended!
