The room was very clean and seemed to have been updated recently. I especially liked the lighted mirror in the vanity area. The bed was very comfortable with lots of extra pillows. There is also a restaurant on-sight if you didn't want to go too far. There weren't many other restaurants in the area although Portland was only 15 minutes away. There were 2 convenience/gas stations nearby as well.

Because of covid there was no daily service which I didn't mind since I was only there for a few days but I would have liked a few extra coffee pods since they wouldn't be replenished daily. I could have asked and I am sure they would have delivered more but it would have been nice if they just added a few extra.

That there was no carpeting in our room's floor! My husband is very allergic to carpets because sometimes they are not properly cleaned/vacuumed!

We asked for the ground floor and that tends to be noisy. Many younger people were staying near our rooms. Too much running around at night, loud laughter and slamming of doors. Breakfast was poor. Quality of food was poor and clerk was not very forth right in offering choice because guests can't see the food choices to pick. We only pick what we were told were available. Why can't a list of breakfast item be published. We rather have quality food items and less than to have those too sugary, commercially available items to be named as breakfast items. Really poor quality choice.

They let us check in early. The room was a nice size and comfortable. We went next door for lunch and dinner. Left too early for the continental breakfast.

The keurig coffee maker was broken. It did not have the bottom piece that pierced the k cup. Spewed water everywhere. We did notify staff that it didn't wok.

From the moment we drove into the property until after we left, we were very pleased. The front desk staff were quick and efficient. The gal doing the breakfast was pleasant and kept the food plentiful and all surfaces clean. Room was clean, bed very comfortable.

Our window screen was torn. Though no fault of the hotel, people in the next room were exceptionally rude and loud at 2:30a.m.

The room was a good size and clean. It was also a good location. The restaurant attached to the hotel was very good, a little disappointed that there wasn't a discount if you ate there.

They provided a breakfast with cost of room. We went 1 day and would not go back. It was not good.

The room was clean. The beds were very comfortable. Usually I find the beds hard but these beds were exceptionally soft. The staff was helpful. I need a handicap bathroom both stays I was able to get a handicap room.

Location was convenient for an overnight stop. Pool was warm and well maintained. Appreciated that the room had no carpeting, the window that opened for fresh air and the strong water pressure.

The room was smallish. The bathroom had been somewhat updated, but it was showing its age. Breakfast was just ok - no fresh food just processed.

The staff was all friendly and accommodating when I had any special requests. The room was the cleanest in any hotel I've ever stayed in (even 4 star ones!). I was beyond satisifed with my stay.

Some guests didn't know how to keep their voices below yelling right in the hallway sometimes right in front of my room door. Staff did address it when I informed them but the walls are thin.

The rooms were a bit more modern looking than what I expected, which was nice. Complimentary breakfast was nice to see as well since many hotels seem to have given up on them after the pandemic. Portland is small enough that the location is still good for getting around. Great place to stay

Room comfortable. Really appreciated shuttle service from airport after midnight and back to airport in the morning.

It was a long distance from desk to room. Toilet tank leaked water and refill was constant.
