it was nice , bright colorful and island like. made you feel like you were almost at an island resort.

Ants were crawling on the floor. concerned me because I didn’t want to have any food out I. the kitchen. my two younger grandsons slept out in the kitchen area. so the ants were a big problem. also there was a dirty towel left hanging up I. the bathroom which made me wonder if the sheets were even clean…..

The place was pretty clean. The beach access was only about 100 yards from the back of the hotel. We had a partial view of the beach from the living room window and a balcony looking out to Coastal Hwy.

Although the room was clean, the bleach smell was very bad and we had to open windows and leave for a while. I had thicker pancakes for breakfast than the pillows on the bed. The "indoor pool" was ICE COLD. Way too cold to use. Definitely needs more lighting around the outside of the building. It was pitch black walking back from the beach.

The room was nice. The ac unit kept the room considerably comfortable and the beds were comfortable. The water ran hot, no ice water coming out of the shower. Next to the beach was a plus

The toilet was wobbly and the handle was sort of broken. The shower tub seemed weak, like it was worn out. Kind of wanted a room that viewed the ocean but the window just went to the street. Not bad overall though for how cheap it was.

Well we were right next to the beach and close to the shopping centers. We didn't really have to use the car for anything unless we were going further out for dinner

I didn't like the fact that you couldn't smoke on your own balcony. You pay good money to relax and to not be able to smoke outside on the balcony was ridiculous. People should be able to bring or purchase ashtrays to keep from having cigarette buds all over the place.

It was clean the room was decent very quiet I liked that it had Wi-Fi and a kitchen and I got a room before the time I had do the to check in which was at 4 but they gave me a room before that time

The balcony door was hard to open the one stove burner took a while to heat up so I had to use the back burner some plug sockets did not work and one was broken but those were all minor issues which did not impact my stay

Excellent place to stay with a family. Parking was easy and included. The pool was small but clean and they provide towels for you. The room was set up perfect with 2 tvs - one in each room, a full bathroom with a tub, a separate sink and mirror in a different area. The staff was so helpful and friendly! We have already booked the same room again for August. Definitely not a ‘high end’ hotel but you felt relaxed with children in it.

The walls were a little outdated and had some minor damage to them but didn’t take away from the room.

Surroundings were beautiful and close walking to beach. Easy hotel parking. Quiet.

This was advertised as Queen Size double beds in room. Which is what i selected. Not true. The room I had was 2 full size beds. Disappointed. The mattresses needs changing. They were super flat. The per night rate is over inflated in the 350+ amount. This is not worth more than $100 per night. The kitcheonette had a sink leak. A slow drain for the bathroom sink and the bath tub felt shaky as if I was going to fall through. Also sitting on the toilet was rocky as it was not cemented stable. Overall bathroom needs repairing. Old elevators. Hotel/Suites needs upgrading for the pricing being charged. Thank you.

I like the location of the hotel, because is not on the boardwalk where all the action is, it’s a whole 100 blocks away but the bus is right in front or u can easily drive to the boardwalk. The beach by it was beautiful and not busy, plenty of places to eat near by and was clean. Exactly what we wanted

They don’t have an actual gym, the machines are old, unplugged and not really working

Complimentary coffee and having an elevator. Staff made an effort to promptly fix any issues we had.

Kitchen could have been better maintained (no top for ice bucket, broken handle and ice compartment frozen over).

I like how the front desk was welcoming at checkIn , when needed anything /towels or assistance with the tv we were helped promptly. Only problem we had THE ANTS on the table while eating dinner.

The pool and balcony was very nice room was very clean and well stocked with everything needed.
