The location was great, the breakfast was good however the pool area was not clean and we were uncomfortable with the kids swimming there. The room was clean and the staff was nice.

The pool area was filthy and needed cleaning. Horrible and didn’t want the kids to be there.

I loved the location, just a block and a half from the beach! Rooms were very nice , exceptional for the price. The staff was pretty friendly. The breakfast was also pretty good every morning. Overall, I have nothing bad to say about my stay. I would stay again for sure.

The only thing I didn't like was that you have to keep turning the refrigerator on every 2 hrs. This was a big problem for me. If it's an energy saving issue, I would just say buy energy efficient refrigerator. Just a suggestion, because you can't turn the refrigerator on if you're sleeping, so your food can spoil. Other than that, I have no complaints.

Beach with dunes, one block away! Yay! Plenty of restaurants with live entertainment. Yay! Acceptably clean rooms. Yay! The Accident Clean-up team was Exceptional! A youngster had a solid waste accident that went from the pool area, the lobby and one of the elevators - the young man doing the actual clean-up was sooo kind and graacious while doing that unpleasant task! TV channels included music channels. Yay again! I forgot an item and the housekeeping manager, Stephanie, met me at the room to retrieve it. She was so kind & the housekeeper, Vicky, was sweet.

Sadly, the free breakfast hours don't work for romantic nights with late sleep-ins the following morning.

Clean room, comfortable bed and large flatscreen TV.

The room was large, with a king size bed. The location was within walking distance of most things. We did not go to the beach, wasn't warm enough for us. We took walks every morning to and through the north side park.

My only complaints were the pillows provided were small. I usually bring my own but forgot to on this trip. There was not a lot of place for my wife and I to put our clothes. We could have used another small dresser.

The hotel is amazing! Very clean and everything is new. Staff is very friendly. We didn’t hear any neighbours, it was quiet enough to sleep well. Just be advised, that the hotel is located near 123 street, and the boardwalk ends on 32nd street, so you will need to drive to the city center. However, the beach is located just across the street from the hotel and it’s not crowded. Highly recommend this hotel and North Ocean City!

Would like to have a better variety of food for the breakfast.

I like staying at the Radisson because of the location and it's a very clean Hotel and the staff are very nice and accommodating.

I have been staying at the Radisson for last three to four Summers I can tell the carpet is starting to wear in the rooms and there are some stains. During the off season these type of items need to be either replaced or cleaned really well to keep the hotel in top shape.

Terrific location; immaculate rooms; a great bed w a nice, light comforter; good, fairly quiet A/C unit; onsite parking; nice, responsive staff; excellent heated pool.

Surprised to see styrofoam at breakfast — corporate should explore replacements. Stuff stays in landfills for thousands of years. Also heard some thumping — toddlers banging dresser drawers next door. Not really the hotel’s fault, but I wish the design process would take this into account — use open shelving.

Great location , 1 block from the beach and close to various restaurants and shopping, hotel was clean and family friendly, comfy bed and a great staff.

The check in could have been way earlier considering this is a beach town and folks wanna get settled in and hit the beach. 4 pm was just inconvenient. The facility could have provided a outside area to relax and enjoy the evening breeze.

The property is clean, close to the beach-within a short walking distance, and we liked the location-further down, compared to the sometimes congested boardwalk area. It’s easy to get to and from the property. The staff is pleasant and willing to help with requests with things like requesting maid service, needing extra pillows or blankets, answering billing questions. I also liked that they had signs about loud noise policies, so they intend to keep their hotel quiet for guests.

The only issue is that when you stay at a hotel, you do sacrifice the privacy of a condo. But that’s just comes down to personal choice.
